I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT I FEEL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH. IN THIS DAY AND AGE WE ARE ALL JUST A NUMBER…. IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE THAT TURNS OUT TO BE BROKEN, AS IN MY CASE, IT DOESN’T TYPICALLY MATTER. IT’S NOT COMMON THAT AN ORGANIZATION WILL REACH OUT AND ADDITIONALLY WHO WANTS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK. TYPICALLY, IT’S LIKE IT OR LUMP IT. DEFINITELY NOT THAT WAY WITH THIS ORGANIZATION. KEVIN WAS GENUINE IN HIS COMMUNICATION AND SENT A REPLACEMENT STRAIGHT AWAY. THANK YOU, KEVIN! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OVER AND ABOVE! This product was cracked when I got it, which I didn’t see because of the way it faced on my desk. It stopped working less than two months after purchasing, and of course the return window has closed. Stick to a warmer with an on/off switch. I have a Mr. Coffee at work that has been warming my coffee for over two years and it’s still going strong!

I'm not sure if it's my mugs, the temperature of my drink when I place on the warmer or if it's the warmer. If I don't touch my coffee after it sitting on the warmer plate for a long time it is hot, although not all of the time. The blue light to show the warming plate is hard to see at times so I'm not sure if it registered there is a mug on it or not. Hence this may be my warming issue. I like the fact I don't have to switch on or off at the end of the day.

I have to deal with lot of emails and phone calls in the morning, and thus, it's never easy to enjoy my coffee in one go. Instead, I have to leave it somewhere, deal with my customer, and then come back to my mug, but of course by that time, it's already cold. Well, no more problem with this cup warmer pad now! It's very simple to use, without any complicated control panel to activate. It turns on as soon as I put my coffee mug on it, and keep it warm, until I am ready to resume drinking, and turns off automatically when the mug is removed. It's made of a lightweight material (mostly plastic), which appears to be still sturdy though. It can get quite hot, so it's not advised to try touching or moving the pad right after removing your cup/mug. Instead, it's better to give it some time to cool down first. The pad design & lovely hearts decoration, is also a good plus if you want to gift it to your loved one.

(Please see edits at the end) As the title states, it worked fine, at first, but after a couple of weeks of fairly consistent use, it no longer keeps drinks hot... or even warm, for that matter. Pros: It's compact and simple to use Cons: Stemming from being "simple to use" it has no real on/off switch. It has a soft "saftey" switch on the bottom, of which, activates the the hot plate when a beverage cup is placed upon it. The cord length was adequate but could have been a foot longer for a bit more convenience. And last, it simply no longer works well. It doesn't stay or get hot anymore, and thus, no coffee mug nor hot drink container will stay hot or even warm, after only a couple of weeks of use. Edit (11/03/2022): After placing my review I was contacted by the seller and was offered a replacement. I accepted and have recently received that replacement. I will let my mother use this replacement for a couple of weeks before making an official change to the review of the product. However, I'd to give a big thank you to the seller for reaching out and attempting to solve this issue. It is greatly appreciated. If I could give stars to the seller, it would certainly be better than the review of the item, thus far. But, as I stated above, I should have a follow-up review in due time.

Let me say that I do feel I got my money's worth for this warmer - it was super cheap and looked and functioned great until it stopped working after less than 3 months. It has a little button underneath that depresses when the weight of a mug is placed on top, thus turning it on when the mug is set down and turning off when the mug is lifted. It would keep the drink pleasantly hot for the 45 min I take to sip it in the mornings (though it doesn't have heating power to heat up a less than hot drink). Over time the button got sunken in and placing a mug wouldn't depress it enough. You'd have to smush it around with your finger to get the button in/on, if you could at all, and then do the same to make it switch off. So the ease of use is completely gone.

I ordered this coffee mug warmer as a "door prize" for a sorority event. The quality was great. I will order from this seller again.

Keeps my coffee nice and hot. Has a good cord length for me to plug into my power cord tower.

It is great for keeping the temp of hot drinks, but I am smelling burning plastic everytime it is in use. Hope it does not persist.

You need a flat bottom cup to work better. It does heat up well and turns on easily. It's also pretty good looking. Easy to use.

Unit is fine. Bigger than I think they make it look in photos. Issue I have is on the main heating side they have a pretty obvious spelling mistake where they spell Notice without the e (Notic) and it worries me that they don’t QC properly. So I’m returning the unit because I don’t feel like having it burn down my house if they test the insides like they do basic spelling.
