Fantastic product! I get periodic back spasms and end up just suffering through the day. This rechargeable back heating and massage worked great. I can select 1-3 different heat settings; but 2 is hot enough. I also will cycle through the 3 different massage settings to work through the muscle. Worked better than I expected. Very comfortable and secure to wear it and I am sure it reduced the duration of the pain. No problem with battery life.

This thing is awesome.+The velcro does a good job securing the wrap where I can easily walk around with this without it falling.+Heats up pretty quickly. It has 3 heat settings. The 3rd is really hot and I can only use it for a minute or so. 2nd is the sweet spot for sure and I actually end up sweating sometimes. 1st setting gets noticeably warm. Goodbye heating gel pads.+Vibrating/Massaging works well. Really prevents my back from getting stiff while I'm sitting at my desk, so after I get up after a long work session, I'm not bent over in discomfort. I even wore it while driving to the store to prevent that stiffness after the drive.+Battery life seems pretty good. Can get a few sessions in before needing to charge.Honestly can't think of any cons other than this not being able to do cold treatment, but that's crazy.

Instant venom to my terrible lower back pains. Relieves hours of torture in seconds. My man has a really bad back that keeps him from moving sometimes and he loves it too. Quality material, reasonable price, very fast heat and 3xmodes vibrations. Only drawback it the battery's short life and long charge time, and it's fielty to a charging source that is not universal. Most of their products like this will share chargers just fine. Just don't effing lose it!I feel like it lasts 45 min only, about 3-4 sessions. Maybe an hour, i can't say for sure. One size fits all, easy to put on, comfy and simple.

Great product. I love it so far. I play competitive volleyball and the unit helps keep my lower back warm in between matches, and afterwards. I highly recommend it. I’m 6’0” and 180lbs. the unit is a good fit with plenty of space for smaller/bigger individuals.

Works well with 3 heat modes and 3 vibration modes. Velcro allows adjusting for a comfortable, snug fit. Highly portable. Although too large to be worn under your clothes, it conformed well to my body with a cotton t-shirt and a thin shirt under it.Not sure about battery life, but I have been able to enjoy nearly 2 hours of heat alternating with vibration on a single charge. Likewise, I am unable to comment on time to fully charge as I charge mine over night prior to use.

I felt like this was an overpriced toy. I ordered it on prime day for the sale knowing there were free returns. I tried it while healthy and was impressed with the heat it gave, but was disappointed in the vibration options. You can choose different patterns, but not intensities. I was going to return it because it didn't seem worth the money.I had a sore back from yard work and put it on and it immediately redeemed itself. I did not return and now between my wife and I, it is used every week. I truly believe using this prevents sore backs from evolving into something worse. If I'm about to start something that i know will put stress on my back, I'll wear it while working and my back never gets sore. It really does keep your muscles loose. I wish it was cheaper or had intensity options for the vibration patterns, but I do feel like this is worth having. I've Lent it to friends who were injured and they bought one after using it.

Overall very pleased. Heats very fast. I typically use the first or second setting which is usually enough. Figure under 20 seconds it’s heated up. 3 distinct vibration settings, one constant, the other two intermittent pulsating. Fit wise it’s comfortable. The controller can be a bit bulky if you wear it under a shirt but generally not in the way of movement. I generally run 1-2 cycles, which are 15-minute intervals apiece. You can get 1-2 more intervals out of a single charge but beware if you’re running high heat and constant vibration the battery life will be impeded as it is wireless after all. However for the 30 minute sessions at low to medium heat and one constant vibration and one pulsating this works like a charm and charges full in about 30 minutes. From completely dead battery it’ll take several hours to fully charge. I’ve used it typical twice a day, so hour total every day going on a few months with zero issues. Dont really see a point for the Bluetooth/app so have not downloaded it. There’s 3 heat/3 vibration settings, not exactly complex stuff here to need an app to control it. Definitely recommend it as part of a recovery program, this has helped quite a bit in combination with other steps to mitigate back pain.
