I bought this in order to use it in my lateral raises with cables for shoulders and it surpassed my expectations, works wonderful and even I was able to use it for the cable crossover for triceps. I recommend this product as I would buy it again without doubt.

I use these on my ankles and wrists at the gym when using the cable machine.I’ve used them for awhile and they have held up great! I have thin wrists and they fit great and the Velcro works perfectly.Good value for the money and easy to use!

Have held up very well. Padding is wide enough that even when pulling/lifting heavy, the edges of the cuff don’t touch your skin.Definitely recommend.

I use these for cuffed shoulder movements. The metal pins have undone the stitching that keeps them in place, although the cuffs still work. They're comfortable and stay tight.

These have been added into permanent rotation in our bedroom. Can be worn comfortably for long periods of time. High quality. Will fit any size wrist/ankle.

I like to practice bondage, and since I have no partner, I have to practice self bondage' doing everything by myself. Instead of using handcuffs (which I like to use) or any other bondage gear that can be of reach by another person, sometimes its hard for me to reach certain things when confined. These straps make it easy to get out of difficult situations because thy are velcro and safe, making thise straps a great product.In practicing self bondage, ou really have to know what you are doing. If you don't you could be putting yourself at big risk even leading to life and death situations. There's nothing wrong with getting a little kinky, sometimes you have to keep it to yourself, not sharing the details.For a sfe bondage use product, I'd recommend this in two seconds. Its fun to use, easy to get out of difficult situations, feels great (if you are that kind of person), and comfortable on skin since you can adjust the tightness.

In full disclosure, we didn’t use this product for exercise, but for more inventive bedroom play. I’m sure it would be equally as good in the gym. They are very comfortable and really hold well. They are a great alternative to more expensive leather cuffs and the quality is remarkable at this price. Without saying too much here, simply said, they work. Smiles.
