Why don't they put velcro on the back of all these gun and body armor accessories? If you don't have room for the molle straps you can't mount the thing and you should put your tourniquets on your chest so you can grab them with either hand, assuming you're shot in one arm. If you have three mags on your chest there's only the velcro on the front of the vest, if there is any.

Nice size. Wish there was a stiffer backing and firmer strap for the molle weaving. The sides and bottom roll around because the sleeve is very snug for a CAT tourniquet. Putting it in and pulling it out takes more effort than you would expect. However for the price and the minimalist size it’s great.I did not place shears in the pocket because the strap that holds the sheers in place needs to be tightened through where the finger loops meet. So in order to securely put the shears on it, the strap opens the blades when you pull down. I didn’t trust it would keep it in place.

I don't use the compartment for the shears, I totally forgot about it, but it works well enough for a CAT-T.

Can’t beat the price. I’ve had it on my Molle vest for 2 months now and it holds my tourniquets and sheers very well!
