This press is exactly what I was looking for. I've used it to make Chilean empanadas as well as apple and blueberry turnover pastries. It's sturdy and easy to use, easy to clean, and I love the way gives such a clean cut around the edge. The metal rings are very helpful in rolling out the dough to the right size, but after a while you might be able to just estimate the size as it gets trimmed off anyway. On the other hand, I have some ideas for using the rings for some other baking uses. I would recommend this product!

I don't make dumplings often, but when I do I make a TON of them. With my previous setup I was sealing them by hand and that took forever. These are perfect size, hold a ton of filling, and seal really well as long as you don't get filling over the part that seals. My favorite part is that it cuts the excess for you so you have nice edges. I just got a complement on the seal recently and I had to confess that it was my dumpling gadget's work.

Cheaply made, but does work.

This worked very well. Tried the larger size for the first time. It saves time on crimping by hand. Fancy crimping! Holds a lot of filling too! Easy to use. Money well spent. Now all I need is something to make rolling the dough easier!😄

It was instant dislike at first as my 3 year old granddaughter dropped the small press right as we sat down to make Pierogi and it broke. Possibly a defect in the plastic? The large press was perfect for our needs and my 8 year old granddaughter cranked out many Pierogi with the medium press. Hopefully you can send a replacement for the broken one

We are delighted with this product. I made 6 dozen pierogies alone at Christmas and took me such a shorter amount of time than crimping them myself. Had returned a similar one due to odd size and sharp edges. They are perfect. I can not believe the seal and how well my pierogis stayed together when boiling. Buy this!

First time I ever made pirogies (using the recipe from the NYT for Pierogi Ruskies), but not the last! They came out perfect. Only two opened and I think that was on my end. What I learned… this is a long process, better to make a bunch and freeze them.

So glad I got both sizes. Very easy to use.My 6 year old granddaughter did most of the work, it was that easy.

These work awesome. Easy to clean. Cuts well. Great for multiple uses. We've made perogies & pizza pockets so far. Next up pies and desserts.
