This polish is matte purple with green flakies. When matte, you can see the flakies peppering the polish... add a glossy top coat to bring the shimmer to life! You can see it in the photos above matte, as it is out of the bottle and glossy with a top coat. This polish is super fun and spooky! Like a cloud full of shimmering creepy gasses and particles, it's sexy and funky. I think the contrast of the purple and green is really fun and playful. My polishes are 5 free & cruelty free. This polish is vegan. They generally apply best with 2-3 thin layers topped with a fast dry top coat. You will receive this polish in a 15mL round bottle.
