I really like these new (to me) pencils. they write smoothly and so far have kept their point.

Writes well and truly does not run out like graphite pencils. They do however write very light, no matter how hard you press. Great for sketching and notes but not for "big tests" that need like #2 pencils.

Writes almost exactly like a graphite pencil. Erases. Wonderful feel, and great balance. I use mine to annotate books that I read. Not as messy as graphite.

While these are interesting and seem to be well-made (I have no complaints there), they write so incredibly light that one can barely read it. Also, I cannot scan or copy anything that includes writing I would like to have show up when I use them. They may be fine for certain types of uses, but for me, in my office, not so much

Just try these , you will think you woke up in a different universe where pencils don't break and lasts forever.

One tip has lasted 6 months of daily use

These are ok, but the lines they draw are very light. Not good for drawing or note taking. You can hardly see what you write. It could depend on the paper to some degree.

The graphite tips wear out fast and then you have a very very dull round end. The wood is very nice but the writing is not worth it. They definitely do not last forever.
