Cooking steam buns is so much easier now.

Dont use with a crowded metal steamer. The metal steamers have few holes so when you put this sheet on top it actually blocks a bunch of the holes. Now imagine if the steamer is crowded with baos. Now you have like 1 or 2 available holes for draining condensation. But wait... there's TWO steamer chambers. This product is probably fine for bamboo steamers. Trying to figure out what went wrong gave me too many headaches and low quality food. Next time I'm going to try cutting the sheets in to quarters (fold twice, scissor cut partially down the middle ) and see if that does the trick. If that fails i'll try the mesh silicone liners on Amazon or get a 12" bamboo steamer...

Very useful for steaming dumplings, and there are so many that it will last a long time.

Used with my 12” bamboo steamer to make soup dumplings. Worked well. They are just a little big for my twelve inch bamboo steamer but that worked out good because they push in just fine and barely come up the side which ensures the whole bottom is covered so I can use every bit of space

Very good for steaming food.

We make steamed buns and dimsum quite a bit with our steamer. This one is perfect to ensure we don't get food stuck on our wood steamers. Note that you don't want to put too many items or there will be no holes to steam. Make sure you poke extra holes as needed.
