I bought this to replace a Biddeford that died after 10 years. I am leery because most of the heated products sold these days don't last long at all. I got lucky with my Biddeford. The only thing that stands out as a flaw if the controls light up when you are setting the temp, but the light goes out after you set the temp. If you go to adjust the control in the middle of the night, it is hard to locate because the display is dark. The feature I like the most is how quickly it heats. Very fast! So far so good. I live in northern Maine so this product is a very important part of my household. I use it 3 seasons of the year. Fingers crossed!

My husband has cancer and also takes a blood thinner. At night, he gets cold and I need a fan. I tried putting extra blankets on him but it was just too heavy. I tried an electric blanket but the plug and cords were in the way, almost tripped over them, and it had a tendency to slid off the bed. Since we have an adjustable bed, two twins side by side, I decided to try this electric mattress pad. Best move I’ve made. It heats up quickly, stays on long enough, smooth to lay on and the cords to plug it in can be put at head of bed, no trip hazard. He stays warm on his side and I stay cool on mine. He loves and I recommend it.

Love, love, love this heated mattress pad! No control lights to cover with something so you can sleep. No thermostat clicking as it warms through the night. Even, pleasant level of heat. Nice and soft, high quality blanket, that truly fits my 10" mattress. Very pleased!

Very soft fabric, and works well. The control display can only be read when looking at it straight on, not readable if you're at any kind of an angle to it. And there's no illumination of any kind once you turn it on, so you better know exactly where it is, if you need to adjust it in the dark. Seems well made, though.

It works but not as well as the other brand I've had, but it still keeps the bed warm.

For the price, this is an excellent product so far. The only downside is the preheat doesn’t work well. If you toss a pillow or two where you are going to sleep, the bed heats up there. If you turn it on and come back in a few minutes, the bed is just as stone cold as before.

Great fit and thickness. Heat settings are ok.I have to put setting on at least 4 to have it start warming but it’s ok. My biggest con is that the controllers barely light up making it difficult to see the settings.
