Haven’t used it but one day and it does stretch calves. Will use it again after they fix my broken foot.

Injury
It's an ok slant board, serves its purpose. I cut my foot on the teeth where the height adjusts. It was during a move and not going to happen necessarily with everyday use, but I would not purchase a metal one again. Wont have it out if my grandson is here.

Sturdy, but don’t go too far forward
I like it. It serves its function and the grip is strong. I’ve had it for a while now and I accidentally bent it because I transitioned into a calf raise of sorts.. Keep that in mind unless you want to bend I like I did.
