How to fit the kit to your nose
I’ll try bullet point this as much a possible.•Broke my nose playing football, Misses straighten it as Uk A&E is pretty much not an option.•Kept ice on for 15min 30mins off for about 3 hours. This helps massively with swelling.•Then installed this kit. (Next day)1.Clean nose with alcohol wipe included.2. Use triangle shaped plasters and start with the small one at the top of the nose tapping from the centre of your nose and out to the sides. The idea here is the push the skin down closer to the bone to help with swelling. Layer the triangle shaped plasters over lapping slightly as you move down to the tip of your nose, working from small to large plaster.3. Optional I didnt bother but the long rectangular plasters would now be used to tap over the nose, down both sides of nose and on to the cheeks.4. Place small rectangular sticky foam thing in a straight line in the centre of your nose from top of the nose to tip of nose.5. Heat Thermoplastic splint in nearly boiling water giving a slow stir to wait for it to become flexible. If the water is not hot enough it will not become flexible. It should act like a piece of paper sort of flexibility if that makes sense.6. Dry it off quick peal the sticky cover thing off and place it over everything you have just done to your nose. Google a photo of a Nose splint if you are not sure of the orientation of the Thermoplastic splint.Hope this helps.
