Qunol Magnesium 420mg, Extra Strength, High Absorption, Vegetarian, 120ct

So far so good. Started on a GLP1 so I meeded a magnesium supplement. I've been sleeping more soundly aa well.

Have been pretty happy taking these! Average sized capsules and you need to take 2 to get the full dose! It helps with my sleep and also with leg cramps. I would recommend this product since you don’t have to take a whole lot to get a nice dose and for me ( a person who hates taking big pills) this is the best option out there!

Works! I can feel and tell a difference. My sleep and heart rate have improved. I have tried other magnesium supplements. This one seems to be the best for the money. Plan to purchase again.

I have used several Qunol products and associate the brand with quality. As I've gotten older, I have found it harder to get a solid night's sleep.
