Trip gone bad
Used it today, just got it yesterday. Took it to Monterey on my boat and the thing snap off the handle and went bye bye into the water. All I have is the thing I connected to the rod. Junk wasted $300. I had high hope for Shimano because friend uses it. Back to penn I guess

Failing drag system...do not buy
Garbage reel. First time out, hooked into a nice striper. Drag system failed big time. Don’t waste your money.
