Is any one checked the magnetic property of the stainless steel pot? Want to know whether Magnet gets attached to it?

The rice cooker I purchased was a 20 cup cooked and not a 10 cup. No the pot is not 100 per cent stainless steel. Magnet has a slight pull to it, at that price I wouldn’t expect to to be 100 per cent stainless. Better than eating out of an aluminum pot.

Is the stainless steel inner pot a good quality? Is there anyone experience any color change, peeling, ... problems?

I bought it since the pot is stainless steel and it has a glass cover. Unfortunately The stainless steel isnt the best quality as I observed some nicks and peels after the first couple of times using it.

Anyone put the stainless pot in the dishwasher? Did it turn out OK?

We regularly put the pot in the diskwasher. Havent seen an issue yet.

can you braise a stew once you brown it in the pot or oven first? Can you just dump it and slow stew in it?

You can attempt to do that it does have a solid bottom to the stainless steel pot like a frying pan I haven’t tried it yet but it does get very hot it will boil water
