Just for the first use I used boxed brownie mix, they came out perfect. I have no pictures of them out of the pan, because my family devoured them. Said they were the best I've ever made. So boxed brownies will be my new recipe. The pans cleaned up wonderfully in the dishwasher, however there wasn't any sticking when left too cool, one eager people tried to eat one right from the oven, there was a little sticking and a burnt tongue.

These are great, easy to use and pop out finished chocolates. They also perfectly fit Nekot peanut butter crackers, which is what I’m using them for (covering them in chocolate). Insanely good. Nice sturdy thick silicone, not too floppy like some molds I’ve used.

I did thoroughly greased each square with butter. But a very thin layer of brownie remained on the walls of the cubes. I soaked it in the sink in hot soapy water. Then brushed each cube with my soft round brush. Then put it in the dishwasher, top rack with openings facing down. It still came out with a few areas still having very thin small areas with brownie. The brownies seemed to heat unevenly with one side of a single cube, often getting much higher than the other. I used a scoop to measure so each cube had the same amount of batter. I flattened the tops. But still some were very uneven.We all like edges and corners of brownies. This seemed to be a nice solution.It was overall simpler to clean than a divided brownie pan since I generally clean my brownie pan by hand.Will I use it again? Maybe. Would I buy it or other silicone baking pans again, I don’t think so.I do not recommend this pan.

Quality is great! Baked in them and used them as chocolate molds and they worked great for both! Just make sure to grease them when baking so nothing gets stuck.

I make caramel candy at Christmas time for my family using my Great Aunt's recipe. This is the first year I used silicone molds instead of pouring the cooked candy into a pan and cutting it into squares when it firms up enough to cut it. The purple, 1.5" square Bakerpan Silicone Molds worked great. They seem to be very high quality, and are made of a heavy material, not like some flimsy ones I've seen. The candy didn't stick to the molds at all; I didn't have to spray them - the individual pieces of candy slipped right out once they had hardened. These molds saved me a lot of time, I'm happy I found them. I can't tell you how well they work in the oven, because I didn't use them that way.

I’ve be been using these trays to make Keto fat bombs they work great! Just the right size, easy to get the finished bombs out of the trays, they seem like they will last a long time
