Very happy with this product. Instructions were good. I was able to put it together within an hour but could see why some people would have a hard time with the assembly. Had it cutting and engraving in no time. Did not find any software included but I already have another Jiccoda laser so it just worked with the driver and software I already had set up from the other one. I really like this one and the price is really good also. Definitely recommend.

I spent hours putting it together. The pictures in the instructions were not clear, they were extremely dark. The online instructions were no better. The best was a YouTube video! Then after putting it together, which took hours, there was no flash drive with software. I was not able to find a driver online or even a customer service phone number. I did send an email with no response !! I took it apart and returned, but they offer a year warranty but no customer service!!

Very nice and really large honeycomb. I rely on honeycomb to provide clean cuts with my lasers and this one is big enough for all of my lasers. Packaging isn't great so I'd have it shipped inside another box if you don't want it damaged in shipping.

This is not a beginner level engraver. Although the software isn’t terrible. I would encourage a slightly more expensive option and save 4 hours

No software is available that actually recognizes the exact model of the unit. It uses a proxy setting from another engraver. No customer service, and no appropriate drivers. Keep a fire extinguisher nearby. We spent an entire day trying to get it to work properly and it either under-engraved or started a fire. Stay away from this product line.

The simplest comment is that every receipt is very pleasant. First of all, the price is good, the quality is good, the express delivery is good, the logistics is very fast, the boss is good, and the customer service is in place.

This is my review of the JICCODA Laser Engraver Machine 10W Output Power Laser Cutter Honeycomb Tray. To be clear, this is NOT a review of the JICCODA LASER ENGRAVER MACHINE. It is only for the optional honeycomb tray aka Honeycomb working area. It came packaged as expected, with no assembly required. it measures 500 * 500mm (19.7 * 19.7in), and cleans easily. It's something very helpful to have on hand when you need an extra tray.
