i actually added 2 days to my trip as it came earlier than expected. it was perfect for my trip. light easy to manouver & bigger inside than it looks.

At first, I really like this as a carry-on suitcase. True, it was not great at standing up on its own, but it was small enough for all airlines, and did the job.However, at the end of only my second trip, the handle mechanism broke. That is, the handle was stuck in the up position, and when I pressed the button to release, it would not go down. I discovered this just as I was getting ready to leave for my flight home, so I ended up having to run all over to borrow an old suitcase from someone and had to leave it behind.I contacted the company on my return and explained what had happened, asking for a replacement. They insisted that I either needed to send it back to them, or provide a picture. I explained, for a second time, that I had had no choice but to leave the suitcase behind, because I am a single mother with hauling four suitcases, how was I meant to get a broken suitcase with a handle stuck UP home as well? And, it had made for such a stressful situation, I was in no state of mind to think to take a picture before I left it.To date, the company has continued to insist that, unless I give them a picture or the suitcase, they will not replace it.Truly unacceptable product performance, and customer service. Choose another.

There was a fault in mine. The wheels are to far back so when packed it will not stand up. But still good for the price I paid

Small case that holds a good amount and is slightly expandable by means of an extra zip. Perfect for a few days away, the handle is plenty long enough to pull the case along without any strain, and even when full the case is light enough to lift easily. It's a nice colour, I love purple but sometimes the shade is not as nice as shown, this one is. The only slight issue I had is that it can be a bit unstable when not held onto, at first I thought it was when the expanded section is opened, but it did tend to topple easily even when on a flat surface when not expanded, so better if it is lain flat or balanced against a wall or other surface.
