These can be cut to adjust and fit your dog or cats neck. Good collars we’ve owned these for multiple years. They still continue to take and hold a charge and I think they’re worth their money. We have bought four of them for our dogs and dogs of friends of ours.

This are so perfect. They are rechargeable.When you first get them they are super big and you cut them to size. The part you charge is where the light emits from and it’s super bright and has multiple settings. My dogs don’t mind this at all. We just pop them in over their collars and they didn’t even react to the lights at all, but I can actually see them easily at night when I let them out.These are actually so great that our neighbor saw it and we let him look at it and he bought them for his dogs too.

Great quality, very bright. You cut the rubber collar to whatever size your dog needs to just slip over their head and sit loosely. I walk my dog on streets dangerously busy with electric delivery bikes and this is a lifesaver product. Very pleased. I believe you have to charge through your computer and not directly from a wall plug to get a lower power charge. Very pleased and would buy again.

This affordable collar works great to illuminate my dog when we are walking on dark mornings. I only turn it on during our 30-minute walks each morning. I like that when the battery starts to wear down, the collar color changes to red. It has performed as expected and now both she and I can be seen by others. My only complaint and the reason I gave it 4 starts is that I ordered the color purple twice. Both orders the collar was purple for about 5 minutes and then changed to pink. Pink is fine, but not what I wanted. However, I've kept and am happy with the product overall as the idea was to be seen in the dark. Now she and I both have LED lights to keep us safe.

Lights up very brute, noticeable to everyone. Easy to slide on my dog with no dog resistance. Does not bother the dog. Really like the 3 different levels of lighting. Felt 100% safer in my long day walks that turn into night.

Bought this to walk the black dog at night. The light lasts several days between charging. Provides nice visibility.

I own this in several different colors. Shows up so much better than reflective leashes and collars! Has three different light modes, but I prefer the solid neon glow. It comes with a small cord to recharge on your laptop, and it lasts for a couple of weeks. Easy to fit. Pull out one end and cut it to fit your dog’s neck, then snap it back into the center portion. We have a four way stop, and I feel that the cars notice the neon collar on my dog and come to a full stop. I own the pink and purple, and I also bought a red and green for Christmas.
