Received a tampered box and binding quality is very poor they don't accepting the replacement request I don't know why

I bought this set for a gifting purpose. This set seem to be like used one, the corners of the books are worn out. If I go for replacement it will be delivered late after the gifting day. Disappointed with the purchase.

These are very good books with pictures for toddlers. One thing to know is that they are pocket books.

I have got so many torn pages in fruits book. Other books are ok. Because of that one book I was not ready to enter the whole process of cancelling, returning and get back another good one. But still totally disappointed with the purchase.
