I love using ankle weights for exercising at home. Those are great, resistant and perfect for someone with skinny legs like me. I recommend it.

If you are getting these for leisurely walks through your neighborhood, they might hold up, but if you are doing any hiking or jogging, the heavier impacts will cause the weighted sand bags to tear through the shell.On the plus side, they are more comfortable than canvas ones I've owned. Unfortunately you sacrifice strength for that comfort.

the weight and comfort of them is perfect....I just wish they were not quite so bulky so I could wear them from time to time for the day under windpants or something-but they are just too bulky for that -otherwise very nice product!

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately the return window closed on August 30th, so I’m unable to return an item that opened as soon as it arrived. My purchase arrived around July 31st, and unfortunately all this time, I forgot to return it.I’m super unhappy that one of the pairs ripped in the first week of use, there was sand all over my mat. Now I only exercise with one. Frustrated.I like the weight tho.

I use these as ankle weights. It has 5 pockets holding the little sand bag 1 lb weights. Easy to remove or add back as you need. Another advantage of the sand bag type weights rather than hard metal weight is it doesn’t hurt when kneeling or rearranging yourself on the hard floor. One reviewer had a great idea that these can be modified even more by making your own weighted inserts.
