Swiss Ortho Sleep, 13" High-Density, 3 x Layered Reversible Latex & Memory Foam Mattress, w/Bamboo Cover, (King)

Does not meet the description! After I got the mattress and followed the directions to open and let it expand for many hours I placed my hands on it and pressed down into the foam.. but it didn't feel like the latex layers listed. So i unzipped the corner of the cover and used a very strong LED flashlight and placed it against the foam..there are four layers! (i can actually run my fingers along the edge of the foam to see and feel the different layers as they separate)! The top two layers are two pieces of egg crate foam with the fingers facing inside one another, then a piece of flat foam and then finally the support foam on the bottom, and so far it has only expanded to 10 inches (Used a tape measure ). This is not what is written in the description which is says " 2" inch Layer of The Best Comfort and Therapeutic Technology Latex for an Excellent Night's Sleep That can Cure Any Body Discomfort At Night." But then! goes on to say: Layers Include, 4" Inches of Latex, 4" Inches of Memory Foam and 5" Inches of Comfort Foam. It doesn't agree! 4+4+5=13 where does the 2" fit?

It's been a little bit more than a month I bought the mattress. I didn't have the smell issue most users had, but mine just sank on the side I'm used to sleep and now it's very uncomfortable since I have to go to the other side to try to balance but half of my body stays at the sank side. I bought a 13" just because I didn't wanted that kind of issue but I'm having it anyway. Btw I weight 180 and I'm the only one sleeping on it...

Very firm, feels more sturdy and durable than many higher priced mattresses. Slept on it for 8 hours with no pressure or pain.For folks that complain about the smell, it depends the smell of your house. When these mattresses expand, they absorb the air in your house!If it smells musky and smelly, guess what your home needs to be dusted and cleaned!Never open a new memory foam in a humid smelly room like basements or carpeted room. Leave it on a dry bed frame with good air, open the window.

First mattress purchase on my part and while I’ll keep it for now. I have a number of issues. 1. It came and the box was beaten up and there was a tear in the plastic.2. No damage to the mattress though. It smells. Its been a few months and still it smells. Not as bad but definitely still there.3. It is firm, too firm. I have back issues and I thought this would help. No go. Theres some gove but not enough for me to be comfortable.I will say that it did come on time, the delivery guy brought it up 4 flights of stairs and for that I am grateful. This is still more comfortable than my last old mattress so its not the worst. Im hoping for it to be worn in to see if it softens up.

Great mattress for a great price. We were desperately in need of a new king size mattress. I have looked online for months trying to find one with latex and for the right price. This is a big improvement over our Stearns & Foster pillow top mattress. The Stearns & Foster did not hold up. We had big dips in several places. This mattress is the perfect firm mattress! Both my husband and I sleep very soundly on this one and we do not wake up during the night from being uncomfortable. If you have back problems, like we do, this is the one to get! It arrived within a week in a box that if you didn't know better would think there is no way a king mattress could fit in it. We put it on our box spring and unrolled it and removed the plastic. It immediately started inflating and we were able to sleep on it in about 4 hours. I am very happy with our purchase. I would definitely recommend this one. If you would like a softer mattress, I would recommend adding a latex topper to it and you still would be saving money compared to some of the others I have seen online. I will never buy a mattress with springs again!

This bed is Awesome! It is the best purchase you will ever make. It is not like other memory foam beds that your body sinks into and swallows you up.The latex makes all the difference. I have a very bad back, I don't wake up soar in the mornings like i did before. I will never have a spring bed again! Ignore the fool who rated this bed at 1. Enjoy!

I weigh about 230 I'm a short stocky dude. I prefer firm beds, I like this bed alot it's firm with some give which is what I was looking for. Has a smell for a couple days. Cover seems water resistant. Has what seems to be a very thin layer of synthetic latex on top of some dense memory foam which is why I'm giving it 4. This mattress will do very well with a latex topper.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. Can't beat the price and she says it is hard to get out of bed in the morning! Yeah it stinks when you open it up but all memory foam does. It dissipates after a few days.

Great mattress. Firm enough but not rock hard, it is perfect from my daughter to myself and my husband. Whether you are heavy or light it will not disappoint.
