I had this setup on Subscribe and Save but now they are out of stock of Lemon Lime. I just ordered Strawberry Lemonade direct from the manufacturer since that is no longer on Amazon, either. This does work for me. I follow a ketogenic diet and just did a test before I ordered to verify that my ketones increased. I started at 1.1 and after a full serving, I had 1.6 in 30 minutes. It's probably going to take longer for the full affect but they had a sale and I wanted to make sure before I ordered a bunch. This mix is very affordable. Other brands for the same grams of BHB are 50 - 100% more expensive. I hope it comes back into stock but looking at mfg website, I have a feeling they are just concentrating on electrolytes. If it comes back, I will order it again, especially in this flavor! I mix it with 20 oz of water.

I do have to say the other more prominent name brand ketone powders (Prvt) are better tasting & I feel the effects more…but those others are also more expensive…and these are ok, teeny after taste, but ok. SO, I plan to keep buying both & Ill swap back & forth…they both assist you into ketosis, so if I can keep that going & basically extend my costlier purchased ones by intermittently having a drink made with this powder..works for me.

Gave me a boost. I'm in ketosis so I wanted to try this on top of what I'm currently doing. The reviews that say this powder doesn't put you into ketosis obvs doesn't understand how ketosis works. You must eat less than 20 net carbs a day to be into ketosis. This doesn't magically make ketosis begin. So don't pay attention to those reviews. The taste is horrendous. Absolutely gross. I almost throw up eveey time I drink this. My stomach was super upset a few days after this but I can say that it did make me less hungry/have more energy.

I bought this for the BHB, I’ve used another product and I’ll admit the other product had a bit better flavor but I had to use twice the scoops to get the same amount of bhb, also, it had more carbs.This product doesn’t taste as great, but it’s because it has double bhb and bhb doesn’t taste good. Just a fact. To me, it helps to just slow down and sip vs chugging. Love that it’s low almost zero carb.I have diabetes T2, on medication and have been eating keto-vore, I also have alphagal which means I can only eat fish and fowl, no mammal meats or products, no dairy, etc. it’s been challenging to get enough fats and calories, or to even achieve ketosis. Since adding bhb and MCT oil powder, my fasting bG has come down to 88, (for reference, before meds eating only fish and zucchini my bG was 350, with meds I couldn’t get below 150,) Really helps me achieve my goals. We have purchased twice and this is my review for both.The only complaint, not enough product for the purchase price.Again, Not enough product for the purchase price.So, if you are beginning Keto, and pay for this, you might not have benefits.Because of the quantity and pocket value, you will be disappointed.

First I wanna start by saying these really work! I drink one a day, I do have to add 20 ounces of water because it is very sweet. But I keep losing weight. I do find that I am less hungry when I drink this. I don’t know why they have so much sodium though, that is my only complaint. I feel like after I drink this, I need to drink a bunch of water because the sodium makes me thirsty. The flavor, is not all that great. I mean I like it but I don’t love it. Strawberry lemonade I think tastes a lot better! I however have not found that my sleep is any better or my energy level with these. It’s pretty much stayed the same. But I will buy these keytones again, just a different flavor!!

This company's cherry flavor is amazing! But it hasn't been in stock at Amazon for months. So I tried this one. Honestly I don't care if it tastes anything like strawberry lemonade, all I ask is that it taste pretty good. Which this does not. It's not nauseating so I'll use up the jar, given the expense. But next time will wait for the cherry to come back.

Flavor is just meh, gives energy though. Works pretty well.
