Gaia Herbs Turmeric Supreme Extra Strength 120 ct (Pack of 2)

These supplements are the best. Hands down one of the best supplements for the body. The benefits are unbelievable. I give these to my grandfather who is 80 years old. Ever since he’s been taking them, he’s had a lot of energy and had been feeling so much better. He used to forget a lot of thing, not like dementia, but certainly a lot. Every since these pills came into play, he’s been much sharper and has been feeling much better considering his numerous health issues.

I have chronic inflammation and this has been an amazing medicine to slowly get me to wellness. I’ve taken this for over a year and my levels have been so good that I was able to stop taking my US meds. Patience in letting the turmeric work is key. Not all turmeric is created the same. This is the ONLY one that I will take!

As a supplement, this has been consistently manufactured for the approximately 5 years I’ve been taking it. It’s good to do your own research to determine if it’s something you might benefit from. If you find some ‘study’ that suggests Tumeric might be beneficial for whatever’s ailing you, and want to give it a whirl to see if it works, I’d recommend the Gaia Herbs brand. I feel for what I’m taking it for, it does work for me, but you shouldn’t expect immediate results. I think it was probably close to 4 weeks of 2 caps a day before I noticed any benefit, and probably closer to 8 weeks before I was fairly confident that it was working as I was hoping for. Everyone is different. Do your research.

Gaia brand is definitely superior in quality to other Tumeric products I had tried. Other Tumeric mixes have not been as effective, so I am very pleased with Gaia’s quality.

It's important to have the turmeric+black pepper to help activate the healing+positive effects of turmeric in capsule/pill form

Helps with inflammation of my knees and shoulders. I take one a day most days and two if I have been working out a bit too much. If I forget to take it I do notice the difference. No more Ibuprofen!

I notice when I've forgotten to take one in the morning. I wish it was less expensive. Tried another and seemed not as good as the GAIA formula.
