My chiropractor used one on my hand as I strained a tendon and said it would help with the scare tissue and make it heal better. You definitely have to be careful not to over do it on the top of your hand as there's not much meat there. But the edges are really rounded. Not sharp at all like another I tried. It doesn't drag the skin which a sharper on did. And is less than half the price of others and in my opinion twice the quality.

This is worth trying. For me I have arthritis in both hands so I found it difficult to use.

Bought this scrapper at half price, even at the full price it's fantastic value. Use with castor oil or CBD muscle rub. The shape being very versitile for different parts of the body, intensity dependent on how much pressure you apply. I have a friend who is a registered Ostiopath and he uses the same type. Highly recommend.
