Q: Where can I get the round white stand that is in the photo?

I’m not sure where to find that particular one, but Amazon sells multiple different drink dispenser stands. Other stores sell them as well.

Q: What is the gasket around the spigot made of? Silicone?

It’s a soft rubbery piece and may be silicone. We experienced no leakage.

Q: Can you sterilize this piece using boiling water?

You can sterilize the spigot with boiling water by first removing it from the dispenser. We recommend using this product only for cold and warm beverages. You might be able to add boiling water by gradually increasing the temperature of the dispenser by doing it in increments, but we cannot guarantee that it wouldn't break.

Q: Can I purchase a replacement spigot?

I am not sure, but there will be a card in the box with the supplying company name and contact info signed by the owner. I kept it because I felt like they would sell spigots.
