Poorest of Poor Service First Impression
I took the risk, after reading buyers reviews about the late installation service provided by the compnay.So i guess i have myself to blame for it.I installed it myself after buying a wall mounted stand and managing a drill machine from somewhere.Cant wait endlessly and wait for the non existent service centre.Just hope the Tv works fine , because if it doesn't belive me i will be close to impossible to get the TV fixed with a 3 year warranty paper in hand by Acer.Its really difficult to understand as to why to sell a Tv without proper service.The product :Its a good product and does justice to the price paid.Audio / Voice commands work with lag and are literally not useable on this Tv.Volume of the sound is different for different apps , dont know why ?Otherwise the audio is crisp playing music on amazon music.Quality of remote is cheap and lags, should not last a month on daily use i guess.Picture quality is good i guess its the only plus about the Tv.For me picture quality and audio matters so i am giving it a thumps up since i use a Tv in an old school style.So far so good.So if you too dont worry about much and just want a Tv with good sound and picture quality without expecting much from the company for service, this Tv is just for you :-)

Best Premium 4k TV at this Budget
Glad I ordered this on Prime Early Sale on Sep 22nd. So I got extra discount, extra cashback as well as bonus bank discount which made it effectively less than 22k.Delivery: Product got delivered on 24th Sep as scheduled by me. Delivery person opened package in front of me and inspected for any damage or missing items. And it was hassle free.Installation: Technician came on time on 25th Sep as per the appointment. I already had a swivel mount and he has installed the tv on same swivel mount without any charges and all work got completed in less than 30 mins.Product Quality: Picture Quality is amazing. MEMC really does the job. I watched the movies that I have already seen in my old TV and I could feel the difference. Colors were natural. Sound clarity was good. Build quality is perfect. 3 years warranty includes remote which is a great advantage and I have bought an extended warranty as well for just 99. So 4 years peace of mind.Cons: Not sure what's the reason but volume level is not same across movies and across OTT apps. Some programs are louder at 25-30 whereas some were just ok at 60. Tried with volume level controls but didn't work.Wallmount was not part of standard equipment however for the price I got that's fine. Anyway i already have one so not a problemLive Tv from OTT Apps is missing or am unable to configure but technician told that option is not available. I bought this TV for my parents and if it would have had Live TV option it would have been betterUser manual is not sufficient enough for elderly people. Lots of data missing.I would still give it a 5 🌟 because you can't expect a 100 % perfect product at this price. You can blindfoldedly go for it. In fact after watching a movie in it it's making me think to buy one for my room 😄😄

Good TV PATHETIC service from Amazon
About the TV—————————Fairly good TV in this price range with all the latest smart features.About the Amazon and Acer Service - Pathetic————————————————————————1. Amazon Delivery - the delivery agent called me and confirmed me that he would deliver it by 10 AM. I waited and waited called him multiple times. Every time he would say that he would reach in 5 min. But finally it was delivered by 1PM.2. Installation Service - At the time of order, you need to book a slot which I did for 3rd Dec. But they rescheduled it for 13 Dec. called the provider and amazon support multiple times. They just wasted my time every time by asking all the details every single time but not doing anything.3. Rescheduled Slot - frustrated, I rescheduled it myself again for 5th Dec. The technician confirmed on 5th that he would come in the time slot. But he did not come and when I called he simply denied and misbehaved with me over call. The service provider also mentioned incorrect reason as “customer request for reschedule” even though I multiple times confirmed for the same slot over call as well as chat.4. Amazon Support - Absolutely useless, unprofessional and a bunch of liars. After technicians misbehaviour, I had at least 5 chats and 5 calls with amazon support, every single time they would ask for all the details wasting at least half an hour each time. Then they would false assure that service would be done in next 24 hour. This happened thrice. They even told that they have filed a brand escalation form but so far it has been 4 days and no update on that. Their promise for service completion in next 48 hours has also expired. So far no action on my service or on the lies of the service provider.5. Complaint escalation - absolutely impossible ! I have multiple screenshots and recorded calls of both amazon support staff and service provider lying multiple times to me and wasting my time but there is no way escalate this issue. They did not share any appellate authority contact.6. Bottomline - The amazon support staff and service providers are a bunch of crooks who would keep lying and wasting your time and you would waste your time and mental peace worth much more than the savings on this product.The service is still pending and NO ACTION either from amazon support or the service provider.Update - I have already tried publishing this review 3 times, but seems like amazon and brand are trying to hide this truth as well.
