It really is amazing you can buy something like this on Amazon with free shipping. Less than $3 for a top quality yard stick.It came in a longer than 39 inch box (obviously) that was 12 inches wide and 4-5 inches tall. I know it weighs nothing but for the space it takes up I'm still amazed it can be had for $3 shipped on Amazon.The ruler itself is high quality and functional if you need a yard stick for drawing long lines or measuring, this is definitely a good choice. I think the Aluminum rulers are the same price and just as lightweight so definitely consider those as well. I wanted a wooden one to keep in the hall closet and just felt an aluminum would look too industrial.

Exactly as advertised. Note that this is a meter stick (100 cm) and not a yard stick (36 inches); however both inches and centimeters are shown. It is straight, strong, and appropriate quality for what it is. It matches up perfectly with my tape measure, so it appears to be accurateI love to have a meter stick like this when hanging pictures on the wall to simultaneously measure distances and make sure everything is level.Recommended

The meter stick has good, strong, quality construction. The demarcations are well printed and measures are accurate.
