The wind was blowing pretty decent. Any untethered umbrella would have flown away and everyone else on the beach was holding there’s. Mine was perfectly secure using this!

Used my beach umbrella sand screw for the first time. The netting satchel the screw came in was torn. Sent a email, and a replacement arrived in about a week or so. Screw is light weight, durable, but quite long. It screwed in ok, but not firm in the dry sand. I had to pound around sand with my feet to hold in better for my umbrella. Probably would have packed in better if I used some of the seawater, but I did not have a cup. The screw in portion to hold the wooden umbrella really did not hold up that well, but worked ok. Tightening to hold more secure was limited. Could not get the umbrella as straight as I wanted. Hopefully next time will be a better experience.
