The seller is great, quick to respond & quick to resolve. Makes the frustration of cracked/broken furniture a little less frustrating when you get a resolution so quickly. Greatly appreciated.——————————My purchase is less than 30 days old and one of my legs has multiple cracks & the leg is basically about to break off. Reached out to the seller, I am hoping they are as good as the other comments. I’m waiting to hopefully here back.——————————I was so nervous about this purchase but the reviews about the seller making things right with various purchases that arrived damaged or broke made me take the jump.It arrived early, easy to assemble, beautiful & comfortable. Perfect addition to my dining room & it took it to the next level. I’m so happy with my purchase.

Bought 6 of these for our lake house - great price point for the look I needed and wasn’t overly concerned about quality being this isn’t our primary home. That being said our first time using them a chair leg broke as a guest was sitting on it causing him to fall to the ground, which was quite embarrassing! I checked the rest of the chairs and found similar cracking & loosening in the areas of the pre-assembled screws/plates. The company responded immediately and sent me a few replacement legs right away, which was excellent! My only concern is the longevity of the rest of these so am keeping a close eye on them, attempting to repair /solidify them with wood glue.. not ideal, but again, for the price point, amount of use they’ll get and look, I am still pleased with the chairs. I also sprayed the heck out of the fabric with scotch guard as I have little ones and put towels on the seats when they are eating so can’t yet speak to how the fabric will hold up.. thank goodness ;-).

We purchased these chairs because they look classy and matched perfectly with our dining room table. Unfortunately, some of the legs broke off the chairs due to the short screws that secured the legs to the seat base. The seller was very kind and worked with us to resolve this issue. I am very pleased at their kindness and professionalism. I still think these are great chairs if you’re handy and can reinforce the seat legs but I am not very handy. Regardless, A+ for the seller!

Update:I was sad about the chairs i had received, but this seller provides excellent customer service. They had actually reached out to me on their own after having seen my review about being disappointed. They offered a full refund to compensate for the chairs and inconvenience. And they did not make me go through the hassle of sending the chairs back. I would definitely purchase from this seller again. They take the extra step to make sure you are satisfied with the product you receive.I would give this sellers customer service 5 stars since they reached out to me on their own instead of waiting for me to write a complaint to them. But I only updated the product rating to 4 stars since the product you get may be a hit or a miss. My first order i was totally in love with it. Great quality. But my 2nd order of the exact same chair was a miss 😅We had received a set of these chairs as a gift and wanted to get more because we loved them. But upon ordering more, the new set was clearly of a much poorer quality. The wood had a lot of splintering. The cushion does not fit well on the seat, leaving a large gap between the seat and the back panel. The design cuts in the wood was also very poorly done. Quite disappointed 😞

Worst purchase ever. Not one of the chairs fit together I had to have my handyman take them home and grind them down so they would fit together. None of the holes were usable so he had to make new holes. He spent several hours getting them to fit together and I paid 200$ to him to make them work. Horrible workmanship I can't figure out how anybody would give them a 5. Beware! If you don't have a good handyman don't buy these chairs. Once he got them to fit they were comfortable to sit in. The frame paint was very rough and I may have to sand them down so no one gets splinters. They do look great with my kitchen but I won't be buying furniture I have to put together on Amazon. This seller charged an extra 50$ to deliver even though we are Prime. I thought it was worth it but given the horrible workmanship it wasn't. The seller should be ashamed that they shipped these chairs to anyone. Shame on you KC French.The addendum to this review is that the seller reached out to try to make this situation right. Since I had already paid for my handyman to fix this I did not want new chair which they offered. I sent the seller the handyman's invoice to show what he had to do to make them right. The seller offered me a refund on the chairs which really helps me think they wanted to make this right. I would give them another chance in the future.

Very high quality sturdy & very easy to assemble these beautiful chairs!! Highly recommend, however due to financial situation I had to buy the chairs that have a plain or yellow-dirty looking wood frame as that was the style as it was some type of antique look! Unfinished wood frames but black stain was rubbed all over frames. I picked light gray material which looks like a pretty blue but looks gray kinda but more blue than gray but really looks better than the beige! However, I wished I’d searched more for the brown wooden chair frames, much more expensive looking. Also, next time I buy these chair I will get the Cain backs instead of cloth. Either one is gorgeous! I loved the French culture & design. Perfect & highly recommended for any space! These chairs are very sturdy. I just couldn’t give 5 stars bc I didn’t really liked the smereing of the black brown stain over the yellowish unfinished frames. Look for brown frames unless you like the cheaper look?
