Solid build & sturdy. First time Windows configuration is not success. It appears like reinstalling Windows and not OEM build.Then downloaded HP cloud recovery tool and reinstalled factory image, which is success and appears OEM build.Good laptop.

First, the computer is superb -- and a thing of beauty. I have no complaints. (Well, one: I wish they had included a small indentation to facilitate opening up of the computer. Such a minor complaint.) Love that it still has one USB-A port -- so convenient. And a 3.5 mm audio port.Second, the after-sales attention given by Tech Warehouse is out of this world (Daniel and Raymond were the tech guys I spoke with). They phoned me the morning after I received the computer, at their own initiative, to ask if everything was working well and if I had any questions. Then I phoned back later in the day with a question about a tricky problem in setting up MS 365 Outlook so that it handles my gmail account. They spent 2 hours on the phone with me working through every possible solution until we found one. (And this is an *application software* issue that had nothing to do with the computer or Windows 11.) Hats off to the Tech Warehouse team!

My 2017 MacBook Air's logic board malfunctioned randomly and with no notice, which led to my search for a new laptop. I was in a bit of a rush, as this happened at the end of the month (when some of my business deadlines are) which meant I had data to enter, and time was ticking. I spent a good week looking for the perfect laptop. I searched between Lenovo, Acer, HP, and a few others... but this one stood out the most because of the 2 in 1 feature (laptop-tablet) and the touchscreen. These were not a deal breaker though, as I was mainly searching for a computer to fit all of my business needs (fast, reliable, USB-A and USB-C ports and many other features).So after about a week of searching, I have received this computer last week. Since receiving, I have used it every day for business & personal use. I use QuickBooks Desktop 2019 version. It downloaded with zero problems, and I was able to receive my business files with little to no problems (make sure you have a physical copy of your last backup if you use a late version of QB). This will save you time and headache.I also have been using Microsoft 365 (which I anticipate using often). So far, the only issue I have with Microsoft (not the laptop) is my own fault. My Microsoft is connected to an older account which has family safety settings. This has prevented me from using multiple sites (which I need to access for business). Which has been annoying.I know I just need to enter my new Microsoft account and tell it to forget my old one, I just have not done so yet. I just figured I'd throw it in the review just in case it will remind others to sign into your Microsoft with the correct account if you have multiple.A pro that I have enjoyed with this laptop is the speed. It opens up my companies QuickBooks files in half the time it takes my desktop to open the same files.Also, the ports are perfect for what I needed. I made sure the laptop I chose had a USB-A import, which this one does. As well as USB-C import.I search the web, use email and am on Facebook many times throughout the day. The speed is impressive, even my IT guy agreed, the speed was worth noticing.Well, as I am typing this review, I have also noticed the keys are very bouncy and sharp. I love them. The keypad is larger than my MacBook's, so my hands touch the corners of it as I type (but I have big hands, so that could be why).As a whole, I love this laptop. Nothing bad to say about it so far. I will update this review in the future with any more insight.Update 10/18/22:The “HP Tilt Pen” does not hold a charge! Incredibly annoying, as I don’t need it all the time. When I try to use it, it’s dead. Every. Single. Time. I’ve tried to use the stylus, I have to charge it. I charge it, I use it while on the charger & it’s great.I put it back in the case, I don’t use it for a day or two…. I go to use it again & it’s dead. I just give up on it.Why does the stylus need to be charged anyways… I wish they’d designed this better.

This laptop is advertised as having Windows 10 Pro, but instead it comes with Windows 11 Pro. I was specifically looking for Win 10 Pro because the rest of my team has not migrated yet. Just wanted to make people aware of it before they buy this based on what operating system it comes with.

So far this is the best laptop ever. The size is great! The weight is perfect, not too heavy, not bulky, light weight and feels good in my hands especially as a tablet (like a iPad). It feels comfortable.Very versatile, you easily transform from laptop to tablet.The touch screen is great...comes with a stylus that magnetized to the side of screen and charges with the c type charger as well as computer ( they only charge with the power cord that comes with it. .Super easy log in with fingerprint. Speed is very fast!Has backlight with dimmer if your in the dark!The battery is 8hrs+, AND it wasnt even warm after 8 hr use.The sleek build is perfect!I love everything about it!Has of pre-installed apps.Simply amazing! Well worth the moneyPs. Does have windows 11 not 10

Like this Spectre computer, It is fast compared to my old computer. Technical support is great at Techwarehousedeals! I didn't know how to set up my scanner and they helped me make it work with my computer. UPS misdelivered it to a neighbor without signature so be on the lookout for you package a few days early, I ended up getting mine a week late because of UPS. Once, received everything appears to be good. Win 10 comes installed on the computer but when 1st starting it and putting in your information, it will update to Win 11.
