They work really well for me. No pain in my feet now and I’m sleeping better. I love these. I will buy again. This is my first experience with foot pads. A nurse told me to try them.

This set of 40-foot detox patches comes in five different herbal ingredient types. They stick well with the herb sachet already attached to the adhesive patch. If you have tried other brands, you know that most of the time you get the adhesive pad and the sachet separate and need to align and attach before apply to your feet. These work great. The best way to use them is to clean and dry your feet at night, apply them, and if you want, wear a pair of socks. The socks are not necessary, but if you have not used these before or it has been a while since you used a pair, the pads will be black and tar-like in the morning and the socks keep it all contained. The smell of the pads in the morning will not be very pleasant. It is a charcoal/ash smell but most of it will go away once you throw away the used pads and any remainder on your feet will go away with a shower or a foot rinse. I have no proof that these work to get rid of toxins, I am not a chemist. However, if you use them daily, you will notice that the pads will be less tar-like as the week wears on. I cannot say how they improve sleep because I sleep like a rock the moment my head hits a pillow regardless of what is going on in the world.... yes, I have a good conscience. So sleep improvement claims will be left for others to review. Overall, a nice package and a nice variety of natural scents.

Not easy to sleep with, mostly because having to wear stockings.

I have been using these for the past 4 nights and each morning when I pull off the pad it is darker/more discolored, but each morning there seems to be a bit less black coloring on my feet than the day prior…which makes me “want to believe” it is pulling toxins from my body and there is a bit less to pull each night.???? However, the detox pads have herbal extracts and activated carbon powder, so it makes sense that the carbon would leave a black soot on your foot. The enclosed pad is dry when you put it on but it is a moist my morning and a bit oily from the essential oils inside the pad. The fact that they are so moist means something heat activated the pad- either from the body heat or the pads pull.The pads ingredients are all natural and 100 percent safe.The pad is easy to apply and stays on all night - no problem. I don’t wear socks. Easy to peel the pad off in the morning and very little residue from the pad.It is hard to tell how effective they are at removing metabolic waste or toxins. I personally can not tell any big differences in my sleep or pain, but I am going to continue using them and see if over time I can tell any difference.

Wash your feet, open one pack of pads, remove the tabs so the pads adhere to your feet, place in center of bottom feet, wear overnight, remove and throw out in morning, and rinse off feet. I don't notice a strong odor when taking out of the package. I liked that the pads came already attached to the adhesive sticker, in all the ones I've had in the past, the adhesive stickers and pads were separate. The adhesive stickers are fairly large to cover a good area and adhesion was good, they stayed on all night even without socks. They did smell stinky - like herbs, when I removed them, and were black colored, which is typically what happens when you use a product like this. I'm not certain something like this works, but they're relatively inexpensive and don't hurt and can only help, so I'll keep using them kind of like an insurance policy to keep myself hopefully healthy.
