Great Rucksack Trolley for the price
Item arrived swiftly and was well packaged. Has lots of space and plenty of pockets. Having previously purchased other brands of rucksack trolley bags, was a bit sceptical at the price, but was impressed. Seemed sturdy, prefer the two bar handle, rather than a single one, which seem less steady when pulling. Looking forward to taking it abroad and seeing how it fairs. Overall good value for money at the price we paid.

Perfect size and quality
This product is excellent if you are looking for something that can be used for cabin luggage. The wheels are smooth and not noisy, set in and sturdy. The handle is fine for me - 5ft9in. I particularly chose this item because I wanted to be able to carry it on my back - easier if I have another hold luggage to pull along. The shoulder straps detach and tuck away when you are not needing them, and there is a cover flap to cover the wheels if you are carrying it on your back. There is a large easy-access outer zip-compartment which can't be locked. Inside there are two zipped compartments in the cover, the top one being small enough for little items you want to keep to hand without fiddling too much. The inside is lined and has two straps for holding the contents in place, like you would get in a case. The two zip pulls can be locked but it doesn't come supplied with a lock. I also like that you can carry from the top handle or the side handle, though the side of the bag has less structure to it, if the case was heavy I'd feel safer carrying it from the top - or the straps or the wheels :)There is a hard frame that goes from the base, round the back and up to the top, so it's not like a rucksack bag, more like a case with 2 lateral soft sides and top. The fabric is like a nylon rucksack but with what feels like a foam padding between that and the lighter lining. I found it to be well finished - not with loose threads and uneven seams sewn in - as though it had been constructed by a competent person.

Hard wearing and versatile
Now 18 months of hard use (miles of pavements, kerbs etc) and well overloaded (books and crap), this case has proved it's made of the 'right stuff'. My physio told me to stop carrying shoulder bags so I bought this. I teach so I have a ton of books, laptop and general craperooni. This has saved my poor shoulder. But it gets better. I've used it for travelling and with its great handles top and side it's really adaptable and the shoulder straps enable one to carry it as a rucsack as well.Nothing has broken or fallen off yet although the wheels look like they need a retread! How tickled am I missus?

although it does bulge at the sides quite easily. The fact there's a flap to attach when ...
Brought this bag for a long haul flight with two small children on my own, as I needed the versatility of being able to use the wheels when needed and as a rucksack. You can get a lot in it, and if packed carefully even more, although it does bulge at the sides quite easily. The fact there's a flap to attach when you use it as a rucksack and a pocket to slip the rucksack handles into when you use it as a bag is a great bit of design ( although I'm slightly surprised the number of reviewers on here that seemed to have missed them!!)The downsides are that you have to be careful what you pack as it affects the stability of the case and what you put in the front pocket will have an effect on the zips of the bag. There is a very minor tear after my journey at the top of one of the straps but I think that might be my fault for putting a considerable amount of stuff in there and carrying it on one shoulder so all the weight was one side.
