So far so good! I like that u dont need batteries to charge it up! Can easily charge itself with the lights in the house without a need to plug it ip! Easy to use as well & a good size & very nice display when showing ur weight & information

Bought this as a gift for my son. He loves it. Uses the app with the scale and it gives him all the stats he needs. It's a great supplemental tool to help him determine what he needs to work on during his workout sessions. The app also offers a paid subscription for premium content. However the free content is sufficient for him. The scale is accurate and app is easy to use. Good quality product that is easy to use.

It has been well over two years since we bought this scale. It works flawlessly and we have only had to put it out on the deck for charging a few times. The battery, the main reason we bought it charges quickly and lasts a long time. The scale is also very accurate! If your looking for a scale that you don't have to change the battery on all the time you will love this one!

So far it’s pretty good. I think the numbers are slightly off. For my spouse for example it said his body fat is only 11%. I can see he’s not. He is thin though, but I assure you he’s not 11%. We did measure his body fat by analog way and it seems to be more like 17%. So it was off for him. That being said I think he’s an odd one to measure. Plus I think he kept moving around and did not get a correct reading that’s even close. But me on the other hand it was off by 1 point. Which is pretty good. The weight is correct though, as I did check with 2 scales. It’s fun and it gives you an idea of how things are going. It says my visceral fat is low which I don’t believe that’s true I think I’m a little bit higher. I do work out and I believe my higher weight is from muscles, but I do believe it’s also from my peri menopause hormonal kind of fat :/. But I don’t think my muscle percentage is as high as it’s saying. I think that is pretty off. I have to be logical with myself, if I want to see some kind of results. Bottom line I’m skinny fat and this scale is not bad. Again it gives and idea, helps figure out what needs work. But take it with a grain and salt. I’ve tried others scales that measure fat % and they were overpriced and not good. Plus customer service was horrible! I think the only way to get a legit reading is if you go to one of those pros with that machine that can measure your entire body. But this is a inexpensive way to get an idea of where you are. My scale is solar and it seems to charge pretty fast and it seems the charge has been lasting. I only started using this recently though, but I’ve owned it for over a year. Shall see how much longer it will work but so far I’m liking it. Best

By far and away the best health tool in the arsenal besides having a health band. Over lifetime I've had plenty of different scales that claim to do different things but this scale offers more useful health information about yourself at this price point then any other comparison. It doesn't matter if you're trying to gain muscle or try to lose fat, or if you want to keep track of how hydrated you are, or any type of metabolic in between. This scale does it without overreaching. The fact that it's Bluetooth connected makes your privacy even more secure. Set up through the renfro health app was absolutely easy. And what's great about the scale is that you don't necessarily have to link it up to the app in order to check your weight. You do need it connected to your app in order to get all of the extended biometric information that it reads. The scale and the information that it provides is so impressive that both of my sisters in two different states went out and purchased it the very next day. With the information that I receive directly from the scale, I have been able to modify my workouts as well as my nutrition in order to quickly and immediately pivot into the direction that has created immediate success in weight loss, both subcutaneous and visceral fat reduction, as well as increasing the proteins and water hydration within my body. I lost 12lbs in 2 weeks directly related to having the information that the scale provides and modifying what was needed in order to actually see results and not be fumbling wondering if cardio or weightlifting or high protein or low protein diets were actually doing what with my body. Now I know exactly what is doing what and the results have been 100% consistent every single weekly weigh in with the scale. I 100% believe that the information that you receive from the scale is absolutely essential for your human health goals. Don't even second guess purchasing this scale. Just do it.

Bought as a gift, rechargeable through solar energy is amazing! The free app that connects to the scale for other health details is great, not sure how accurate body fat measurement is though

Constistent in the whey it shows. Seems accurate. Doesn’t need much sun to recharge. However, the fat/muscle/tissue measurements are bs. It is so off. During the last 6 months I have gone from 25-30% body fat to about 12%. The scale says 21-22%, it has been saying the same % since I bought it even though I made a total body transformation in the meantime.

I bought te solar one and received it immediately the next day! Very fast shipping and it works great! I did had some struggles in the beginning. Try standing on it with bare feet if it doesn't work (when no measurement for the other things seems to work). It only worked with bare feet for me.

Servicio ATC profesional, rapido y detallado a la consulta requerida. Los datos que envía vía bluetooth al realizar el pesaje con el GPS en mi caso activado, android 11.0, son detallados y correctos bastante exactos. Batería alta duración. Aparentemente construcción sólida. Precio muy competitivo. Para mi caso, control grasa visceral, peso, masa muscular, para control running maratón y media maratón es bastante útil . Como puntos de mejora el software debería ser más easy-use tipo garmin Connect.

HAD THEM ONE MONTH PLUS PEOPLE THAT WEIGH DAILY, TAKE IN ACCOUNT FOR EVERYDAY WATER WEIGHT, SALT, SODIUM, TOILET ETC thats why its best once a week around same time. Bought for around £16, which is cheaper than most basic scales. RENPHO is a well known brand and the hardware is good: tempered glass, slim, and the solar charging works well. Out of the box mine was fully charged and has stayed full with only occasional use of the false light, charging off just the light bulbs so if you're room is dark the bulbs will be fine. The big thing is the app. I’m on version 7.9.4, which works fine. They released 7.9.6, but after feedback on Google Play it was pulled: comparison features disappeared, you couldn’t delete history entries, the tune once reading was done, and more. My advice: set your phone to manual app updates and wait a week or so before installing any new version and check play reviews. If you know about sideloading, Google made it harder now; you’d need the older XAPK (not APK) and an XAPK installer. For now, 7.9.4 is still good and you don’t need to update the app for this scale to work. You can check most recent reviews on Google play about this but the app is back on 7.9.4 as of 04.09.26. Weight accuracy seems fine for home use. My readings match a family member’s identical scale and are within the range I get at my GP. I use it on a Samsung S10 and a Xiaomi with no Bluetooth issues. Once the app logs your weight, the scale doesn’t show in paired devices, which is normal for this setup just after first reading hit Bluetooth on and jump on scales and will or should read. The app you can set weight from stone, pound or kilos. You can also set tunes for maintaining weight, increase or decrease so you can tell the difference. You can use the app in guest mode and all works except your data to import or export, so again uninstall app, change phone your data is gone so if you need it then a subscription maybe for you, though the company needs revenue like apps have ads ( this app doesn't ) so they have you with your data and history. Body composition figures (BMR, protein, etc.) are estimates based on weight/BMI formulas, not blood tests, so treat them as trends also remember if your BMI is high they can't see if its fat or muscle, im sure people that use scales are aware of this so BMI if a bodybuilder and slim will show high as these scales don't have eyes nor do waist to height measurement . Don’t weigh daily: I went from 10st 11.2 to 11st 5.3 in three days, which is impossible; my weekly weight was normal. Bodies fluctuate a lot day to day so jump on them weekly at the same time. Some functions are locked until you sign up or subscribe, and there are ways around it but they’re too complex to explain here. They need to make money somehow, but note that if you lose the app or change phone, you will need a subscription to export/import data first or you lose your old data. Overall: near accurate for basic weight/BMI, strong glass, great solar charging. The main caveat is the app stay on 7.9.4 and check recent Google Play reviews before updating. Recommended for budget users who want a slim, solar‑powered scale. Great value basic scales and a good name. As always thing's are subjective and some people want everything at a low cost . I would recommend these to family and friends and others for scales as they do the job and just think the rest are little quirks and fun.
