The shipping took about a week but the company that delivered it handled it with care and consideration. It came ready to go out of the box and fit nicely on our universal tv mount. This model does not come with the remote wand and my husband constantly has trouble with the back button being right next to one of the arrow buttons and hates it. But really that’s just a personal problem. LG throws in 100+ preloaded free channels on top of the AI settings and amazing picture quality. This TV is a great choice for your next upgrade.

TV is great quality and user friendly, image great very clear, sound is really good however a I added a small sound bar to it, the size was perfect for my bedroom it easy to mount on the wall as TV is not that heavy, the only thing I don’t like from it, it’s the remote control that comes with it, it is very simple and cheaply made, the tv WebOS is modern but in order to get the best of it, it is advisable to get the LG magic remote to get the best of it, with the magic remote you are able to control all the devices with just that remote, including external sound bar and cable box, regardless of the way it is connected to the TV, wheeler be thru HDMI or digital out, overall this a decent, good and affordable Tav to upgrade your bedroom, or kids TV, you won’t be disappointed. so it's heavy, if you are going to wall mount it, bring a friend; I managed to wall mount it by getting one of the brackets hooked, and then lifting the TV onto the other bracket. quality is TOPS, image is perfect, I am using it as a computer monitor. I warn that this is too big for a desktop, the viewing angle at just two feet is not ideal, I see some darkness in the edges and corners, if I step away, the image becomes perfect. There is an awesome audio setting that bumps up voices in movies, I was watching Underworld and all the voices are soft and the action is loud, chose this setting and all the voice levels were corrected! Have to say I love it

The TV itself is beautiful and great quality. The stock remote is junk like others said. I could not switch the input for the life of me and the remote was delayed in its response. I got the magic remote yesterday (UQ75 capability) and it automatically paired once i pressed the power on button. I was reluctant at first too, but you’ll probably want to just get the magic remote. Stock remote going to the junk drawer. For reference in photos, stock remote is on the left and magic remote is on the right. There were also some negative reviews around sound quality, but I don’t see an issue? It is booming. I poked around in the settings, and changed the sound setting to AI and now it feels like surround sound. No complaints here. People are just picky I guess.

I regret this TV purchase and should have gone with something with Google TV. The OS is very slow, and having LG channels enabled makes it even slower. I had to go into the user agreement for the channels and remove my consent to turn them off. The problem is that every 2-3 times I turn the TV on, it asks me if I want to enable them, which I do not want to. I also have the settings on my TV to have the Home screen with all the apps installed as the default view and it keeps defaulting to HDMI, which is weird because I do not have anything connected. The default remote did not come with voice command, so I bought the upgraded version - HOWEVER, while I have all voice commands enabled, it always tells me there's a server error. Don't buy this and get something with Google TV or a non manufacturer OS installed. I wish I would have gone through the hassle of returning after mounting it. After using a Reddit guide to fix the voice command proccessing, it broke again and this time I cannot use voice commands at all, making the extra remote I bought to use said commands useless.

This TV is large, loud and tge Screen is Amazing You don’t even need a fire stick because it has all the programs built-in disconnected to your Wi-Fi and you’re already done I suggest that you get the Amazon delivery and care because I lived on the third floor with no elevator and they brought it up, unpacked it and even help me throw away everything that I didn’t need literally took the trash out for me. I know this may seem on the lower side but it’s definitely worth the price I highly recommend
