I've had this bench for about a month and use it every other day mainly for chest and back. There was no assembly required. Pull the pins, line up the holes, and replace the pins! Then pull the pins, collapse/fold, and replace the pins to store! Its really THAT easy! Extremely sturdy, as I am a solid 6'1" and 230lbs and regularly use 50lb dumbbells for chest press. This bench doesn't slide on the right surface. It doesn't wobble, it looks great, and stores virtually anywhere! Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Folks must have been jumping on it for it to have broken the way theirs did. Welds are strong, bolts/pins are solid...5 STARS and would recommend to anyone! Whether you're a novice or advanced, this bench is amazing!

GAME CHANGER for my workouts!! I do at home workouts, and this has significantly helped in my ability to build strength from arm workouts. And it was such an affordable price!As a plus size person, it feels sturdy - helping me feel more confident in my workouts!

I've had this for a couple months now and the quality is amazing but its only really good for bench press style exercises. My recently finished workout program involved spider curls and similar lifts and the balance one this bench isn't ideal to be laying chest down at an incline. It wanted to tip over so I needed to put dumbells to anchor the feet down.Besides that, I have had zero issues with it, just wish it was more sturdy for spider curl workouts

I’m not a gym bro, i’m just starting out. I weight 165lbs.Its sturdy and solid. I plan on doing shoulder/ chest press and maybe incline push ups on it.For the incline push ups it doesnt feel like it will slide.Am i expecting solid gym equipment level machinery for this price? NoIts made for home. For ease. Its light weight, easy to move around. Sturdy enough to support you for your regular needs.If you are very broad and need a bigger chair than usual to sit on when you go out, it might be narrow for you.

It’s an excellent weight bench for our son’s room. It’s sturdy and the foldability makes it versatile for easy storage.

Good product well packed in box so no damages came decent size but returned as I have not used it a lot . Stoped folding it and left it ready to use as it get hard to put pins in and out when not in use. It decent sturdy for me

Works fine. It was easy to put together. The only thing I do not like is the foam covers do stay in place.
