Company replaced my bad crate and applied a great deal of care to customer service & communication.New crate’s holes all lined up and were not off the side of the wood.Thank you.Original Review:This products was made not so happy for you.The holes don’t align properly, one was clear off the center and over the edge.Bottom plate fastens upward into the sides - not great if you are carrying and the weight is pushing the opposite direction.Another over-priced flimsy gimmick, made from treated materials, won’t last more than a few uses if you need to move the crate repeatedly.It’s a real shame that pride, efficiency & affordability have been replaced with greed and buzzwords.Luxury tax on the words: vinyl & records 🤮

There was what we call "chowder" on all edges of the acrylic. Obviously cut with a CNC router, but they need to tweak their settings for the thin acrylic in the front specifically. Since this is just going in my basement, I don't mind. If the acrylic had even a decent finish I'd give five stars.

So I’m using this to store 12x12 paper and I have to say it’s really great for that reason. It was actually very easy to put together. I suggest to use a screwdriver not a power screw driver. Because the wood is a bit more delicate so use it with the hand screwdriver is best. I like it.

This storage bin does look great on my shelf and the handlesake for easy pick up. However, the screws for the bottom are far too short and after only picking up the crate with records in it 3 times the bottom completely fell out. We will see if using longer screws helped to fix it...

Pre-drilled holes were all different sizes when assembling this product. Some of the holes were too big for the screws they included. This required me to shift over some resulting in uneven contact between the pieces. The other alternative was to go out and buy bigger screws. But you were thinking almost $40 for a box that it should assemble correctly and not require additional money. Do not recommend.

It looks nice, although I was baffled by the short screws in the assembly, which did not fully latch to the bamboo frame. Immediately after assembling it, I threw in a Few (only a few) records, tried to lift it up and the thing just collapsed. I still need to buy some epoxy in order to make it a functional crate.

I love these things so much I had a mini freakout when I went to order more and they were out of stock with the "we don't know if they'll ever be back in stock message."I love the design, they work great, and they're very competitively priced. Putting them together was a slight pain, but everything got assembled a-okay in the end.

This product is extremely over priced. The screws came stripped and won’t screw in. The wood came cracked and is absolute garbage.
