Tree is beautiful but lots of effort to get it that way. Easy to assemble, but you have to shape each branch to fill in. Bottom is fuller than the top and there are more lights on the bottom. It did take a while to figure out how to plug in all the sections. They could do a better job at marking the connections. I got the 10 foot tree and it took about 2 hours to open up branches. More time than i had expected.

We received the 10ft tree last year. Got it setup and connected with only a few bulbs replaced. Looks Great is good for getting height without extending the width of the tree a bunch. Branches look great and light options are amazing.But.... with the complexity of the lights we have had a bunch of issues. These lights are very specific dual color lights you have to get these for replacements and if you run out of what's in the box it is $12 for 4.This is our second year and we've had to replace 30+ lights and there are still more to be replaced. It's a mix of lights that are completely out to lights that blink when not in a mode that should be blinking. We also have a section of 10+ lights that are out that wasn't immediately fixed by replacing a few of the lights, wasn't able to replace them all with running out of lights.Overall it's a beautiful tree but I think the complexity of all the modes the lights can do it makes it more finicky to issues. So you may be better off just going with a white light tree or red light tree and not have all the headaches I have had, especially when your forking over more 1k for a tree you want it to work and not have to buy another tree.

The tree is a disaster, supposed to be prelit but there are 5 female plugs only 3 male the cords aren't tagged so it is difficult just finding the wires, there isn't enough "fluffing" with the limbs to cover all of the wholes, limbs come off in your hand so be very gentle. I spent the extra money to get a gorgeous tree that will last a long time, incredibly disappointed.

So realistic looking. Its a beautiful well made tree. Just know you cant pull on the pieces of branch when your setting it up because they tend to pull off. The light settings are amazing. The pastel lights are my favorite! So many options. This isn't your grandmas tree thats for sure

A good quality tree, the different light options were a big hit. It is heavy and storage will be a challenge. It took awhile to find the light connections between the sections of the tree. We got many compliments and would buy it again.

I am very happy with the look of this tree but I can't for the life of me figure out the light connectors. There is just not one connector between sections like the video shows- there are more female than male, and I can't get the middle of the tree lights to work no matter how I connect them. Will call customer service on Monday.

This tree is easy to assemble and is definitely high quality, especially for the price! It truly looked beautiful with our Christmas decorations and my family loved being able to change the light display.
