Yes. There is a bracket at the back. You would need to mount it on a screw in the wall .

For how long does the alarm sound before being snoozed or turned off?

Don't know as never use the alarm function, just wanted a clock that could be seen at night but didn't have a really bright display.

Can the alarm be stopped (not snoozed) without having to take it off the wall to access the back

Yes you can stop the alarm using the button on the top. Essentially it looks like one button but pressing one side snoozes, pressing the other side stops.

Im attempting to alter the time on my clock, but none of the buttons seem to work?

If none of the buttons really do not work then the clock is due for replacement. But you're right, it is difficult to adjust if you don't have the 'Instruction Manual'. If you haven't then: 1) Press the HOUR button once to set either a 12 hour or 24 hour display. 2) Press the TIME SET button once. The display will begin to flash. 3) Press (and hold down to cycle through a full day) the HOUR button to adjust the hours, one press per hour change. 4) Press the MIN button to adjust the minutes similarly. 5) Press the TIME SET button to lock the adjustments. You have to do 4) and 5) within 30 seconds, or one or other will lock before completion. That's it!
