All impact sockets wear out eventually no matter who makes them, but I"m a snap-on guy for over 50 yrs. I needed a couple 12 point sockets for a specialty job i was doing, to buy the 4 sockets i needed from snap-on was over a hundred bucks, i got 2 complete sets of sockets for less than 65 bucks, they worked quite well, no issues at all. I know all about the snap-on quality, but, I don't use 12 point aviation sockets very often, these did the job perfectly, I would buy them again in a minute, I'm sure i wont use them again for a long time, but nice to have the option for an extremely good tool for the money. I will look into the bigger drive sets next, just to have them, thanks Amazon too for the service, bought on Sat., arrived by 11a.m. Sun. how do you beat that??

I have purchased both shallow and deep sockets in both 3/8 and 1/2 drives so far. Hoping to add 1/4 drives soon. The drive end of the socket is keeping it's square shape better than the Snap On ball socket u joint i use with these. The number on the sockets are wearing out faster than I'd hoped, but that doesn't effect the performance of these sockets. It comes with sizes that many other brands omit from the set, and they are fairly durable (I've hit them with a small sledgehammer many times to remove suck sockets without so much as a dent or scratch in the socket) I would not only recommend this set, but any other set of this brand as well

Had to torqe a jeep head and was worried about the flex of these sockets because they feel rather thing, but they hold up really great, not sure if I'd use them continuously on an impact but I'm sure they'd be able to take the beating after using them with 110 ft-lbs through the torque wrench

I bought one set of these impact sockets and I just had to get more, haven’t broken one yet and I use them every single day. Definitely recommend these, you just can’t beat the price and quality

I really liked these sockets. I have only had a chance to use them a few times since I got them home but have to say I was impressed.

Great sockets for the money, been using for years heavily and no failures yet. They dont slip sizes like most of the cheaper sets which is what I like the most. Only complaint they will surface rust fairly easy, my shop floor is not sealed so on muggy summer days everything will sweat and surface rust alittle so I oil them once a year or so.

These are great quality worth the money

Have only used for relatively light jobs. They are holding up. I did use one as a spacer and gave it whack with a sledge without damaging it so it looks promising that these will age well.

I am very happy with them I ordered 12pt 3/8dr standard and metric deep impact. They have a nice case. They have a very nice thin wall for a impact socket which is perfect for working on drive shafts and tight area. Very happy cant wait to get my 6pt deep 1/2in drive impact sockets.

They're deep impact sockets, and they're great!. Tekton are a US-based family company; I don't think all of their tools are actually made in the US (although a good percentage are), but their tools are always high quality and great value for money. If you see a set you need, don't hesitate to buy them!
