Arrived on time easy to install works great at a quarter of the price of the local parts stores.

When I replaced my old ones 10 years ago, I mistakenly bought the heavy duty supports, not knowing that those were for vehicles with a tire rack or ladder on their hatch. I could barely pull it shut. After years, and me getting older, it became even harder to pull it closed. I Googled why I was having such a hard time pulling it shut and found the problem. So I ordered new ones that weren't heavy duty, put them on today and their perfect! I can now shut my hatch with ease.

Looked like it was going to be a hassle to instal,, but to my surprise it only took about 5 minutes from start to finish! Read the directions and at first I did not quite understand how to replace them. After about two minutes it hit me like a brick! 3 minutes later they were both installed. Work great. Seem to be very heavy duty and should last years. Highly recommend.

Came as described, fit perfectly in place of the originals, took less then 10 mins to install(def helps having a second person though) My rear hatch is now working like new and I'm getting over my ptsd from the hatch falling on me. Def great value for the money and I can't complain about the quality and ease of opening and closing the hatch
