Game changer for my PS5
This was my favorite upgrade so far. I did a decent amount of research on drives before making my choice. The price was decent for this model so i gave it a shot. Simple 5 minute install I had no issues. After the ps5 auto formatted the drive i set it as the default download location.I intend for this to be storage only and move my main current game to the original drive. to test I played 2 full games from this secondary drive and had zero issues. i noticed no change in performance, loading speed. No increased game crashes. I'd buy this exact drive again.My area has experienced internet outages recently due to weather so I've had plenty of new games stored and ready to go regardless of internet connection.

It's a great SSD expansion for my PS5. Easy to install and all hardware included. So far, it's working perfectly.

Works very well as an external drive for file backups and travel
I have a few M.2 solid state drives in external enclosures for various purposes in my computer tool kit. I have one that I use to store files that come in handy while installing Windows. I have another to use as my storage drive, connected to my main PC so that my operating system drive is empty of documents and photos, making it easier when I need to reformat my computer.For the NEMIX RAM Nemisis Series 1TB SSD M.2 2280 PCIe drive, my purpose for it is to use it as a backup drive for my video and photo editing projects. Being an external drive, the speed is actually limited by the USB 3.1 connection rather than the M.2 drive so my workflow is to have my current projects on an internal drive while some recent ones get placed on this 1TB drive. Older projects get stored on a larger 20TB drive.In my work case, because I'm not working from the drive directly, its speed is plenty fast for copying to and from my internal drive. I'm quite satisfied with its performance. I have not had any issues with the drive so far.

False advertising
I bought this for my ps5. The product meets the requirements of the Ps5. After installing it and turning on ps5 it gives a error message.. this product does not work for your ps5 as advertised sending this product back to be getting one that is licensed for ps5. Do not waste your money on this item
