Caudabe Synthesis iPhone 8/7 Slim, Rugged Protective iPhone Case (Stealth Black)

For iPhone 8: THIS CASE IS A MUST BUY.After going through 5-6 cases I've finally found an iPhone 8 case that is excellent! If you have an iPhone 8 you have likely found that not all iPhone 7 cases fit your new iPhone 8, and not all manufacturers care enough to let you know that before you buy. This case fits great (as customer service confirmed it would before I purchased) and has a multitude of small features that make this just about as close to the perfect iPhone case as you can get.Fit and finish on this case are outstanding. Caudabe did a great job creating a drop rated case that will still retain that slim/sleek feeling that an iPhone without a case has in your hand. The edges are curved into your hand so that grip is created just by the shape of the case alone. Feels great in hand.There is enough of a lip and raised corners to protect your phone should you place it face down, but not so much that it detracts from the look and feel of the phone. Case is a great compromise between protection and maintaining the slim lines of an iPhone. Small feet on the back of the case keep the polycarb back off of the table to help prevent scratches over time.All buttons are very tactile right out of the box, which is a big plus. This can be a downfall when working with cases that have harder rubber sides but you can tell Caudabe really took the time to make sure the buttons were right on this one. Port cutouts are all spot on, no issues with lightning connector or headphones.I'm honestly shocked that at the time I wrote this review there were only 2 other reviews for this case and only one of them was 5 stars. This is a premium feeling case that gives you solid daily drop protection while maintaining the sleekness of that new iPhone 8, definitely worth a look and a solid contender in my mind for best case I've ever owned given the combination of looks, sleekness, and drop protection.Customer service from Caudabe was very responsive to my questions before ordering and in looking at reviews of models for previous iPhones they stand by their products with excellent warranty service should you need it. So impressed with this case it makes me want to order their Sheath case just to see how good it is as well!The only thing left is for me to do is give this case some long term run and have it hit the floor a few times and the phone survive. Given the detail Caudabe put into this case and their level of customer service my confidence level is high. Case absolutely has to be on your short list of cases to buy!

Was pleasantly surprised by how thin and minimal this case actually is, but somehow still feeling like it could withstand a drop or two. I have the transparent frosted back version and I was worried that it would be slippery, but in fact it's quite grippy, so all in all - in terms of how it feels in the hand, this is exactly what I wanted.Deducting one star because the frosted back already got scratched and it shows up easily so that's a bit of a let down, but seriously, in terms of how it feels in your hand and in your pocket, if you're looking for something minimal while still offering some protection, you can't go wrong with this, and it looks awesome.

This is possibly the best case I've ever seen for any phone ever. I went off of an obsessive review written on here, that made me take a chance on this. And my, it was quite a buy. Its thin, so think, it perfectly fits onto the phone like it came from the factory like that. And its hard on the edges and where its important to protect it. It has all these tiny design details to protect it that I notice every day. And the back is translucent, the apple logo is still visible, so it looks like a Apple case!

Overall very happy with this case so far. Got it to replace my life proof frē as it was falling apart. I like that it’s not a sticky rubber material but it’s also not too slippery. It slides in and out of pocket nicely and it’s not too bulky. Only problem I’ve found is putting in a tighter pocket I sometimes push the volume button and turn my ringer up or down. But that’s a minor issue in my opinion.

i got the "black" version, which is actually a translucent back with a dark gray matte edge. it's very slim, and matches the iphone 8 aesthetic fairly well considering it is a case. after 3 months the case has minimal visible wear, and the phone has survived being dropped 5-10 times.

The case works just as expected.

This case is very well made. It fits my iPhone 8 with the type of precision that it deserves. The styling and accents are also excellent. There's not too much rim for screen protection since this can detract from typing. The finish is not smooth thus allowing for grip and also doesn't attract dust.

Just what I wanted - doesn’t turn my high tech thin phone into a giant brick, the buttons work well and it’s slippy enough to slide into my pocket, but not too slippy so it keeps sliding off things. Well worth it.

Went through several pages of listings and took a bit of a chance on this case.. Hadn't heard of the company and there weren't many reviews. Why on earth not? It really is a fine and purposeful case. Fits perfectly, snug and no wobbly sides. Has a bit of a lip to so cover raised above the glass. Good grip, the matt case finish looks really smart and is wearing well, showing very few scuff marks. Really happy with the case; it's a quality product to match my iphone and highly recommend it.
