Furoshiki- Japanese Wrapping Cloth (Sketches of Cat : Maple Trees in Japan)

This is a design that is rather symmetrical that the canvas is equally divided by a canopy of red maple leaves and the outdoor veranda of a typical Japanese house. The middle is a rock garden. Calico is sleeping soundly on the mat (cats know to find the comfy place to nap). It is also embellished with an oil paper umbrella and a water urn at opposite corners. Maple leaves falling gently, even on top of the little kitty.The red color may be fiery but the scene is fluidly tranquil.

This furoshiki is absolutely gorgeous. The colors are vivid and accurate, and the cats are adorable. Size is as described. Fantastic for wrapping presents.
