Battery companies that don't lie about the internal components are very hard to find!!! This company is incredible!!!! This battery is very powerful & dependable. There customer service is beyond outstanding!!! There was an issue with first battery, it was damaged during shipping, I am quite sure. This beautiful company and customer representative replaced with zero hassle. I build High powered e - bikes. I have been riding for 54 years. The last build is the most gorgeous bike anyone has ever laid eyes on. And it is faster than most supercars. It is a rocketship!!! The wind tries to rip off my helmet. The front fender ripped right off on my way home from work. I obviously built a better one. This rocketship of a bike is powered by this battery!!!! I am pulling 8- 10,000 watts, there is no need to go any faster. It is the most fun vehicle I ever owned + I had a lot. Thank you for letting me share. Trust me, I am not paid to say anything+ I never leave reviews. Normally way to busy to bother, but also never this impressed by anything!

The motor slowdowns on hills is eliminated, charges faster, runs longer.

HiOne big plus: You now get a 3A charger rather than the 2A that is currently shown in the listing. Battery took just about 3 hours to charge when it arrived. That's pretty normal since they have to ship them "empty" to comply with various regulations.First pass capacity test came up with 93.13% on one battery and 92.64% of rated capacity on the other battery. Charge them overnight and I got 97.88% and 97.21%. Testing was done with a simple 180W capacity tester bought off Amazon. Calibration of the tester was verified against a Fluke meter. Seems like an overnight charge did them a bit of good.Ideally on a brand new battery, you would like to see a percent or two *more* than the rated capacity. The test is certainly accurate to < 1%.The BMS cuts out a bit above 27V. Both batteries cut out at the same point. Nice to know it works properly and does not let the batteries go insanely low.Is a couple of percent capacity worth a star? In this case it was ....Would I buy them again? Sure I would. They appear to be pretty good batteries overall. They just don't *quite* meet spec.Bob

My boyfriend and I both ordered one of these batteries for our electric bicycles. The batteries have a great life and installed super easy. One of the chargers, however, had a short or something and would not charge after a use or two. I am still giving a 5 start rating because I sent a message to the seller, they immediately responded and offered to send a replacement charger. It was coming from China so they informed me it may take 10-12 days to arrive, but we had the replacement in less than a week. They could not have been easier to deal with.

I am using this battery to power a 48v 20" hub motor on a scooter I built, with a 30 amp controller. I've only been through a few charge cycles with it so far, but wow! Power delivery is great, and the capacity has really increased my range. I rode the scooter today and went 27 miles according to the odometer when I got home, and am only down to 52v from 58v. That is amazing! Probably 5 of those miles were pegged at full throttle going 28-30 mph! I think this battery has given me a 40 mile range! The charger is slow, but since it has such capacity, charging once a day (or less) is probably sufficient for most. I did order an 8 amp charger though, to cut the charge time down to a couple of hours. I'm very satisfied with this battery and will probably buy from them again on my next project if I don't DIY the battery. Thumbs up!

I am impressed with this battery for my ebike. I was unable to find an original replacement as the company that made my bike is no longer making them. This battery has roughly the same aH capacity as the original so I gave it a try. I was able to make it fit into the original clam shell case. The only caveat was with the power connector. The correct connector came with the battery though. A little bit of soldering and I was in business. The charger that came with the battery is very nice as well. It has an indicator LED to tell you when it’s charging the battery and when charging is complete.This battery has been in service for several months now with no issues. I can go about 30 miles on a charge. Perfect for all i do !!

I hate this battery it could have costed me my house
