Replacement Edger V Belt for Sears Craftsman Replaces Part Numbers: 954-04032B, 754-04032B, 954-04032A, 954-04032, 754-04032, 954-0465, 754-0465, 75-249, 265-252, 954 04032B, 754 04032B

Use it on a Yard Machines Edger (MTD). Not easy to get on which is the point. Not going to do much if it were easy to get on. My machine has an idler puller x 2. One used the 'V' side of the belt, the other accommodated the flat side so had to watch that this, in fact, was taken into consideration when reinstalling new belt. Other than that perfect!

It felt like it was OEM

This belt was taller than the OEM belt that it was supposed to replace even though the listing shows the exact part number 954-04032B. As a result, it was nearly impossible to install the belt and it fit so tight that the tension spring was past fully contracted and the belt was so tight that it was surely going to destroy the pulleys and the bearings in the engine. Returned this belt and got a true OEM belt that fits the way it's supposed to. My suggestion is to go to the MTD store and get the belt intended for your equipment.

Bought this for an older Craftsman edger. It fit the edger perfectly and was half the price of the same item from Sears Parts Direct.

Have a Craftsman model 550 edger. Part number for this belt is advertised as being correct, but it doesn’t fit, too short. Belt thickness is thicker than OEM which would seem a good thing, but that and length being about .25 shorter, attempting to install this over pulleys is an impossible task. Purchased OEM belt and it slipped around pulleys much easier. Returned this one.

Belt was a perfect match for my edger, but it heated up and broke on the very first use. I've replaced belts numerous times on my yard equipment, but this was a first with it breaking on first use.
