These shades are absolutely beautiful! High quality, easy to install. Fantastic customer service. The company reaches out directly to you 24 hours (time difference) after you place the order to make sure you are ok with the measurements provided. They were wonderful and even sent me photos and instructions after the dog ate the ones that came with my shades. The inside mount did not work for us (was not anyone’s fault, we have a weird rubber thing along the inside of frame that interfered with the shades), so we changed course and did the outside mount. They are sturdy once installed and the shade moves up and down with no effort. Will be purchasing more for the rest of the house!

This is a great product!My shades arrived exactly as I ordered them The instructions were clear. Except...They don't explain what to do about the chain. They tell you to shorten the chain, however, they don't tell you where to cut the chain. I assumed since they didn't say anything I could cut it wherever I wanted. This is not true. If you cut the chain at the bottom of the loop you will no longer be able to raise and lower the shade completely.WHAT TO DO: You must cut the chain three to four inches from the top on the back part of the loop that is closest to the wall. Then the chain will run freely and the shade will roll all the way down and all the way up. Or don't cut the chain at all.NOTE! Also very important to note that they do not manufacture all chains the same length. I cut a small section out of both chains that were the exact same size and the second chain could not close. I had to go to the store and buy an extra connector. Honestly if you can stand the extra 3 in flapping around it is probably easier to just not cut the chain at all.ALREADY CUT IT WRONG? If you cut the chain in the wrong spot and you are just now finding this information let me tell you what I did. Take a very small screwdriver such as an eyeglass screwdriver and unscrew the three screws on the end holding the chain wheel onto the header. Do not lose the screws. Take off the chain and the spinning wheel put the chain on where you want (see above, The cut and connector piece should hang 3 in down from the spinning wheel on the back side against the wall). Put the spinning part back inside and screw on the cap with the three screws now you can use the chain properly.If you also cut two chains the same I believe this size of ball chain is number 6. A good hardware store has connection pieces. The one I found was .12c

I'm was so excited to get these delivered yesterday. When I placed the order they weren't supposed to arrive for another two weeks but showed up early and I could not be happier. The ordering process was very easy, you just need to know how to measure! The window we bought these for has direct sunlight and with the light blocking filter we won't have to worry about the summer heat blazing through the window. It's very light and the pull feature we chose is easy to use when opening and closing the curtain. Definitely worth the money we paid. I will be ordering more for different windows throughout our house.
