It is not a good phone. It does not keep the charge .it has too many useless apps in it.

I like the HTC DESIRE better. The HTC 8 freezes up all the time. It won't let me click on things or let me scroll....nothing! I thought it was just mine but I bought my husband one also and his does it too. Not impressed at all.

Unlocked phone but not from factory. Has AT&T logo on rear of phone. Other than that, works as advertised and I am very happy with the phone.

November 18th was the last day that I could return this item so I just missed it. My phone is crap. It just stopped working period. For absolutely no reason. I was texting family the day after thanksgiving and the phone just stopped working.I call my number from another phone and it rings like its going through but the phone refuses to work.Best believe someone is making it right cause lord knows I can't afford to be spending $100 plus dollars every month on a new phone. I should've just stuck to Blackberry!!

We Just purchased this phone for our Daughter It Is Not an Unlocked phone we tried to set it up with a Verizon sim card and wouldn't take. So after taking it to the Verizon store we found the phone is Locked to AT&T It's a LOCKED PhonePut into return it and they Want US TO PAY FOR SHIPPING that's Bull Crap this phone was sold under false pretenses Do Not Buy this Phone I had to give it one star should be - 5

I really like this phone but it will not stay charged for more than an hour or two if the phone was working the right way I'm pretty sure I would love the phone
