Just too expensive... but the fingertip ones are reasonable
Summary: Previously did a VINE review to compare two different Oximeter offerings. These offering by VIBEAT adds bluetooth wireless connectivity. Also Vine reviewed the Wrist version which cost even more expensive. The finger tip versions by Vibeat are reasonably priced.Observations: Both of the non-bluetooth versions are relatively low cost, but the VIBEAT is $120 (or $180 for the wrist version)! While having the data collection and graph presentation of an app is handy, that's really a professional level feature, and unless you have advanced / complex medical conditions, you probably do not need that capability. The VIBEAT only has a 16 hour battery life (that seems insufficient, more than 24 hours would be better). The AUTSMILE is $30, and has a lithium ion battery; and the LPOW is $15, and uses two AAA batteries. The AUTSMILE features an OLED screen, which you can change the orientation of as well. The finger tip Vibeats are reasonably priced (one features bluetooth, the other does not).Pros: Simple operation; bluetooth wireless; graphing function via smartphone app.Recommendation: In recent visits to the hospital, I noticed that they check our Blood Oxygen Saturation level using the meter that clips onto your finger. Having one at home, especially when caring for an elderly parent, is another tool in the toolbox.Cons: Cost, $120/180; VIBEATs only offers five products (non-specialty manufacturer). Conclusion: At over $100 for the finger models, rating those 1-stars (cost, non-specialty). For the finger tip Vibeat ones, rating those 4-stars (non-specialty).Related Products:Automatic Rechargeable Pulse Oximeter with OLED Display for Outdoor Sport HomeVisit the Autsmile Store ~ $30https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B098Q59656LPOW Pulse Oximeter Fingertip, Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitor, Pulse Rate, SpO2 Levels and Perfusion Index, OLED Display, Batteries and LanyardBrand: LPOW ~ $15https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09JVSWQT6Vibeat Bluetooth Fingertip Pulse Oximeter with Pulse Rate, Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitor| O2 Meter S5W , Batteries and Lanyard Included, Free APPBrand: Vibeat$16.99https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B3RDPRM8Vibeat Fingertip Pulse Oximeter, Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitor| O2 Meter, Portable SPO2 & Pulse Rate Monitor, Batteries and Lanyard IncludedBrand: Vibeat5.0 out of 5 stars 1 rating$19.99https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B4S6MSX3Vibeat WearO2 Pulse Oximeter Bluetooth - Oxygen Meter for Continuous Blood Oxygen and Heart Rate Tracking, Free APPBrand: Vibeat $119.99https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B4W37Z54Vibeat Oxylink Wearable Blood Oxygen Monitor Bluetooth - Pulse Oximeter with Audio Reminder in Free App, Rechargeable Wearable O2Brand: Vibeat $119.99https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B4W44RRKVibeat OxyU Wrist Pulse Oximeter - Wearable Oxygen Monitor with Finger$179.99https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B4P58WVV

Ready To Use Or Can Be Customized
Fingertip pulse oximeter is ready to use as soon as the 2 AAA batteries are inserted or it can be customized to a user's specifications, if desired. The oximeter comes with the batteries, a thin lanyard that can be attached to it, and a velvet-like drawstring bag for storage. The battery compartment in the back is easily accessible by sliding the cover off. Putting it back on was a bit trickier because I hadn't paid attention to which way was the top before taking it off.The oximeter has a gentle spring that holds it onto the finger. It holds it securely but doesn't pinch or squeeze too hard. Younger children might appreciate that feature. The lanyard can be hooked to the case and would be a good idea for folks who tend to drop things a lot. I found it unnecessary. The screen is bright and easy to read with large numbers. It will store up to 12 readings for comparison. There is a detailed instruction sheet that explains how to use the meter and what the various numbers mean. It is very helpful and easy to understand.

Just Like at My Clinic
Vibeat Fingertip Pulse Oximeter, Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitor| O2 Meter, Portable SPO2 & Pulse Rate Monitor, Batteries and Lanyard Included...and my thoughts. This is everything it claims to be. Bye!Okay, okay, a bit more, then. It is really everything it claims to be and has all you need to get going! Later!Still not enough? Okay. Well, it is exactly as shown, comes with everything you need, and that makes it great! I would, however, replace the batteries for a big brand, but that is me. The lanyard is great and makes it easy to carry and find. The ones at my clinic, well, I don't have a clinic but you probably figured that out, are about the same ad when using this for the types of readings they give -- minus temperature, it was the same reading I got recently at my clinic, the one I don't have. The functions all work, and the digital screen is terrific and clear, which is important to me because of my glaucoma. I set a low threshold pulse rate and then made sure I would have a higher one with some actions and it did but and notify me. I set it then to normal and it was again as expected.I recommend this, it would be a nice gift for anyone without a clinic like the one I don't have either! Great product!

Built in memory and much more
This product has exceeded my expectations with how much functionality it has. It is simple and easy to use, and comes with a travel bad and lanyard for convenience. The display is nice and bright and full of information.Pros:- Screen display orientation flexibility- No setup required and easy to use- Customizable setup- Builtin memory- Bonus lanyard included- Bonus travel bag- Well built and good materials- Reasonably pricedCons:- Uses 2 external AA batteries instead of a built in rechargeable battery.Overall, I would say this product is great. I can’t speak to the accuracy of the device as I don’t have a baseline to compare it to, but it seems to be accurate as the readings don’t fluctuate by much, and the built in memory help confirm this. If you are looking for a reasonably priced oxygen saturation monitor that you can use right out of the box after putting batteries in it and check your oxygen levels, but also customize to fit your needs, then this could be the one for you.

Beeps to the beat, records results
Checked your O2 lately? This device will help you keep tabs on your oxygen saturation and your pulse. It started giving results just a few seconds after putting your finger in, but will do a full analysis over half a minute. Presumably it is able to detect some types of abnormalities, but mine came back all good. The OLED screen is ready to read in various light levels, and you can view your pulse pattern in real-time.There is a settings screen which let's you customize how the device works. There is also another set of screens that show the results of the last several readings. The unit comes with the batteries, a pouch, and a lanyard which hangs at a comfortable length. It feels fairly sturdy, and the spring keeps a good grip on the finger without being too tight. This looks very similar to the one my doctor's office uses, and the results seemed to be about the same. This would be a good addition to your workout gear, or for casual measurements. This is not marketed as a medical device, so use it accordingly.
