can i be assured by the company i will not get a different product then as advertised?

My experience with Gold Dollar is that they failed four times on one model of razor. I gave up getting it. I feel their razors are very good and on all other models I ordered I got what I ordered.

why are people who have bought this razor saying the razor that was shipped to them was not as advertised here?

The one in the photo shows a nice leather case but the description says it comes in a metal case with cloth bag. It can't be both so, yes, someone is getting something different than what is shown or described. I have one with the leather case and love it. I have a different one with the metal case and hate it the case.
