Simple to build

I had been debating a lego version of this but Lego can be hard for playability when you have younger siblings that take everything apart when you are not looking. So I gambled and got this and the millennium falcon one as a gift for my 7 year old. What a hit! Super easy to put together (with limited adult supervison) and so much more playability and durability. I have no problem with my son bringing this on car rides or to a restaurant (albeit a loud restaurant) because I don’t have to worry about him dropping and shattering it. I do with the little figure came painted but the little bb8 is just darling and more than makes up for it.

This is a perfect model for any Star Wars Fan! The model is easy to put together and has great attention to detail. The sound effects are loud and totally give it that extra bit of cool!

Picked this X-Wing up when it was on sale for around $15, because my 5 yr old and I are both Star Wars fans!There aren't a lot of pieces to this set and after a little bit of sorting he and I were able to put it together in short time. This set went together a little easier than the Millennium Falcon and the AT-M6 did.These sets are a little more difficult than a Lego set just because the instructions are black, white, and grey and aren't incredibly clear, but as long as you don't force the pieces and take your time, you'll get through it.A very cool addition to our Star Wars memorabilia!Good luck building!

Gift for grandson. Got him off the video games for a while ! Model kits teach young people to think in 3D . While looking at 2DAssembly sheet ! I still build models at my ripe old age. Putting together models will also teach patience once you get past the snap together kits. Thinking we will try some full assembly kits next time. All 4 of these Star War kits are great. Most have lights and sounds too! Only one has sound only. The At At kit has the most parts. Others have around 25 parts. Get your young person a model !

Bought for my son... big hit and he was able to build it by himself. Made both of us happy. 2 months later the model and it's battery are still going strong. He is enjoying it and the only missing pieces are the wing landing gear... he did not feel that it added to his battles. I recommend this one as it is a big hit with my little Star Wars fan...

Amazing price for great snap together model that can be played with for the kids without worrying they broke an expensive model that requires glue etc

These sets are awesome! My 7 year old is obsessed with them! Easy to snap together, very durable and the sounds are cool! We got ALL the Star Wars models. I would definitely recommend these for any kid at any age.
